I don’t drink alcohol, but I still want “sophisticated” flavors. These 3 are awesome. I’ve introduced tons of people to them. Cardomum, citrus, and “green” - so different. I love mixing the green with a good ginger beer and sprig of rosemary. I’ll add ginger juice to the citrus. Adding the seedlip to soda water from the Soda Stream is a great way to get a quick, delicious drink. I’ll also add grapefruit to some of these. Anyway - they’re great. I’ve had a little leak out of the bottles on each shipment, but not enough to worry about and the lids and seals have always been intact, so not sure what’s happening there. But these are really, really good.

Sophisticated taste and no alcohol.

I have no idea why these get such high reviews! I purchased the Trio Bundle (Grove 42, Spice 94 and Garden 108) to the tune of $90, $30 per bottle! I intended to use them in Mocktails. I was so excited to receive them that I uncapped each one upon arrival and poured out a small sip of each. What I experienced was a taste of water with a hint of flavor. Flavors were okay, but hardly worth $30 per bottle and there is no way they will add significantly to the taste or aroma of a mocktail. The Garden smells a little like a 7-Up with a hint of rosemary, thyme and mint, has a slightly bitter taste, and leaves an slight aftertaste of rosemary, thyme and mint in your mouth. The Grove smells exactly like 7-Up, also has a sightly bitter taste and leaves a slight taste of lemon in your mouth (a taste easily achieved with a squirt of fresh lemon). The Spice is the most interesting in that it had stronger aromatics than the other two. It has a nose of Allspice and Cardamom, a bitter taste (like the others), and leaves a taste of Allspice and Cardamom in your mouth. Since I can achieve all these flavors at a fraction of the price, I cannot recommend this product.

The recipes they have on the bottle almost entirely drown out the subtle flavor. They are delicious, so try them on the rocks before mixing so you can adjust to get the most out of the flavor!

I own a restaurant and I created NA versions of some of my standard cocktails. People really appreciate me having a wide variety of NA cocktails. I will definitely keep these in my bar!

Very expensive for the poor quality and taste.

I'm not sure how important the best by date is for a product like this, but when I received the bottles, the best buy date was months before. In addition to being past date, I received 2 of the Garden variety and 1 of the spice. I was expecting 1 of each bottle, but instead the order came doubled up. Not very happy with how the order went.

Expensive water is the best description. They have a light herbal flavor which is I’ve…..but so light its quickly lost in any mixer. Way too expensive, don’t buy.
