I have terrible allergies. Allergic to pollen, flower, trees, dusts, and etc. have seasonal allergies as well. This helps minimize the symptoms better than any other medicines i have tried. Its natural but works better than Benedryl, Claritin, Zertec and etc.

Instructions say to take 2 capsules twice a day. I get all the relief I need with only 2 once a day. I can’t love this product enough! Game changer for my seasonal allergies!

For years prior to this "new and improved" formula we used this product successfully for pet dander, spring hay fever, smoke, etc. Take the 4 capsules and no issues for the rest of the day. We recommended it to others. This new formula does NOT work for us at all. It might work for you but I suggest buying only 1 bottle to find out. Very disappointing considering how well it used to work.

I get a reaction when I am in the sun during the summer. I used to take benedryl and still get hives. I take 3 of these and use a low sunscreen. I get zero hives and no tiredness. I’ve been taking them for about 6 years now. Amazing!
