good idea but missing some things.
you will need a small Phillips head screwdriver, a solder to connect wires onto the back of the solar panel. mine is also missing 4 of the nuts and 4 of the 6mm flat head bolts so i am unable to attach the Arduino to the wood board.

Just could not make it work
Been working with electronics since 1957 and computers since the 1980's - just could not get this project to work. As metioned in another review, there were some nuts and bolts missing, but bought the missing items at local hardware store for less than $1.00, so no big deal. Up the learning curve on Arduino hardware, downloaded and compiled the sketch, corrected my typos and syntax errors - loaded the clean compile to the board and it would not track the sun. Re-designed the light detector array with shadow shields and still would not work. Revised the sketch software - added a loop to flash the on-board LED to insure the main loop was 'looping' - changed the servo motor movement variable, still wouldn't track.Found a different version of a sketch for another kit, downloaded the software and modified as necessary to fit this hardware - still will not track the sun's movement (or a flashlight for that matter).Don't know what the faulty hardware item is, but after three days, don't care - this one gets sent back.Could just be my ignorance, but from the other reviews, others have shared my experience with this kit, and since the support is in Turkish, I'm going to look elsewhere for a solar tracker kit.
