I ordered two. One is perfect. The other is a junk.
I ordered two identical 41 inch hardwood walking sticks for two little girls to use on their family's wooded property. One is perfect. It is gently curved kind of like a corkscrew. It is smooth and strong. The second one is rough all over... a splinter causing mess. I don't dare run my hand down it and neither should a child. The finish can be easily scraped off with a thumb nail. They each came in their own gigantic box , one of which could have easily held 100 of the same stick. I can't give this to anyone. But how in the world am I going to order another one, being that it's hit or miss, 50/50 that I will receive another junk walking stick?
