Forget the little blue pill. This works better! The little blue pill leaves me with a headache. This doesn't. To make certain I wasn't harming myself, I went in for blood work after I had been taking it for a month. Testosterone level was where it should be, PSA level was normal, and everything else checked out OK.

I've only been taking this for about a week, and some slight, but positive effects are there. The reason for not giving higher than 3 stars, is that this is the absolute worst tasting supplement I've ever had. It's very hard to choke down.

Definitely take it with a satiating meal. After a week or so, you'll definitely feel a difference.

This product is horrible. I have purchased Tongkat Ali from other vendors and have had amazing results. This particular product burns on your tongue and will give you indigestion for the entire day. After giving it three days to see if my experience would improve, I ended up throwing them out and will look at other vendors. Buy this at your own risk.
