Where before only 1 fit, now I can do 2.
Love it. This rack made it so I could smoke 2 full racks of ribs when I could only smoke 1 before using the rack. Very happy to have picked this up.

Great rack for smoking ribs
Basically you can use this to smoke/barbecue 4 full racks of ribs (assuming you have the horizontal clearance, or in my case with a smaller grill i use this to smoke 2 racks of ribs cut in half. The slots are rigid and wide, so it separates the meat well and gives you enough space to fit them even after they are wrapped in foil.And the best part of the rack. after smoking ribs for 6 hours I let it cool and tossed it in the dishwasher. It came clean after 1 cycle through, and my dishwasher is the cheapest one you can buy.

Utile pour cote levée par contre doit être par dessus la grille car pas assez longue pour mon fumoir de la même marque
