Fraudulent seller
The heater stopped working and the seller said there was nothing they could do.

Kipawa on the lake
Really warm (hot even) air with a strong and silent blower! My third one for our bathroom and the best so far comparing to other brand we had!

Quality appearance, quality construction, quiet operation and effective heat.
This isn't some plastic fantastic junk; it's a classy looking heater with a thick METAL front that will look nice wherever it's installed. Easy to install with detachable bracket. It's relatively quiet using a squirrel cage fan--better yet, it decides whether it needs to run at full 1,500 watts or if 750 watts will do the job--it automatically dials back to the lower wattage and becomes even quieter. It is anything BUT easy to program. When the programming function hangs, a re-boot does not fix it--instead walk away for a couple hours and it resets itself. If all you want to do is have a constant temperature it's easy; if you want a nighttime setback go for code L1. You'll find the instructions sadly lacking but if you play enough with the menu button and the plus " + " button you'll eventually get what you are looking for.

220v heater
Bought this for a 210 sq. ft. master bathroom that only has 2 small hot water kick space heaters that were just not enough especially after showering. I went with this 220v heater because it only draws 8 amps, has a thermostat and an on/off switch and didn’t have to put a large hole in the wall to install. I did raise it up to 12 inches from the floor rather than the suggested 6-8 inches only because the switch and thermostat are on the side to make it easier to use. As for heat it is sufficient for what I need, much better than your run of the mill plug in space heaters and the fan is pretty quiet. Front face of the cabinet is metal but the back is made of plastic. People complained about seeing the wire coming out of the wall into the heater so I made the hole for the wire about 2 inches from the center cross brace in the bracket and ran it up to the knockout. The heater has a small plate mounted on top so when your standing over the heater you don’t see the wire. All in all it looks like a quality product and yes I do recommend it.

Good heater
I mounted mine on an end wall of a room that is 20' by 12' and it will heat it just fine. It does take about 30 mins or so to notice, but once it gets going you can really tell a difference. The way you wire it does leave something to be desired. All it has is a panel to remove and run a wire through. You mount the bracket and either have a wire sticking out of your wall, or find a pigtail and connect it that way. Any 20 amp wire isn't gonna be real flexible and you only need about 6 inches total to go from the wall to the unit. It works just fine, but the wiring part could be looked at.
