Groom & Clean Greaseless Hair Control 4.50 oz (Pack of 2)

Works well for me --I have used it for decades & now they stop making this--I just don`t get why manufacture does this on a well selling item.....

After a year of using Brylcreem, I decided three days ago to try Groom & Clean instead, and I am impressed. I have thin hair, and Brylcreem didn't hold my hair together well. One gust of wind was all it took for me to go from looking like a debonair gentleman to a molting bird. Groom & Clean holds my hair together and also makes stray hairs a thing of the past. Brylcreem was also greasy, and as others have also noted, I had to wash my hair twice to get the residue out. Because Groom & Clean is primarily water-based, it's not greasy at all and washes out easily. I have noticed that Brylcreem and Groom & Clean do have different scents. To me, Brylcreem smells like what I imagine an old-time barbershop to smell like, whereas Groom & Clean has more of a mint scent. Neither smell bad, and honestly, unless your significant other intentionally smells your hair often, does the scent really matter? TLDR: After a year of using Brylcreem, I switched to Groom & Clean three days ago. Groom & Clean holds thin hair well and isn't greasy, unlike Brylcreem. Groom & Clean also has a faint minty scent. I like Groom & Clean better.

I love Groom N' Clean hair gel. My Father used to use this when I was very young and as soon as I was old enough to care about my appearance I started using it and I could see why he liked it so much! This stuff is light, smells, good, doesn't weigh your hair down, and keeps EVERY SINGLE HAIR IN PLACE as long as your hair is cut in a way that is conducive to that, so fellas you should get a nice fresh cut before you use this stuff cos why do you want fly-aways when you're wearing hair gel? The sheen and luster this stuff gives off is worth the price of admission alone and the way it rinses out clean in the shower seals the deal. It lasts all day and probably a few days, but I would't know! Really, it is the VERY BEST!

Really great to keep the hair in place. Only need a small amount, work into hair with wet hands and mold hair in the right place.
