Pillars of Creation – The Pillars of Creation is one of the most famous images taken by the Hubble Space Telescope. This image shows the elephant trunks of interstellar gas and dust in the Eagle Nebula, specifically the Serpens constellation, some 6,500–7,000 light years from Earth. They are so named because the gas and dust are in the process of creating new stars, while also being eroded by the light from nearby stars that have recently formed. The pillars are 4-5 light years tall while the Eagle Nebula is 70 by 55 light years across. This image is a composite of visible and infrared.

Stunning
This is one of my favorite go-to disks. Absolutely stunning. Others complain about dust and fingerprints. I use my homestar every night, so dust eventually collects and I don't let it get to me. A quick microfiber wipe and you are good to go. At $40, these disks are a bit pricey. I think I must have picked mine up on sale a few years ago.

Cheap, Dusty, & Dirty
Unlike a CD or DVD which arrives tightly wrapped and dust free, this slide arrived in a dusty and scuffed case, which was in a loose, used-looking ziploc bag.The slide itself had dust, a scratch, and splash marks. Pay attention to the negative reviews.
