The setup of the machine is complicated. The interface is not at all user friendly and you need to take special efforts to enter details and extract data from it. The machine uses wifi to communicate with the software installed in the laptop/computer. Once the software is installed the agent tells u few basic things and then you yourself have to explore the software. Adding schedule is trickery if you have employees coming at different shift timings. Editing the incoming time is a headache. Also the machine keeps recording when a employee passes in front of the machine. The solution provided to this issue is also not satisfactory. The attendance machine must have manual attendance recording feature too. The software support was below expectation. This machine does not connect to any android/ios system if you do not have a VPN. This is I was told by the customers service. So your employees can not check the attendance online. Complete waste of money and I do not recommed to buy this machine.

Can’t customer support,waste of money

ZKTeco is good attendance systems. Quick response on FaceTime recognition

We are unable to install and use. I called customer care , they are not able to support customer. Inside box there is customer care centre contact. But they don’t provide support for uae. They said they have fecility to support only for india and saudhi Arabia.

Very difficult to configure...
