Healthier and tasty
Bought these when I was GD, since I could not eat carbs. These are definitely worth buying and continue to eat as a healthy alternative even though I'm no longer GD. After soaking them to getvrid of fishy taste/smell, they taste like a normal asian rice noodle although far from being one.

These are vile.
We were looking for an alternative to allow us to eat pasta and rice again due to dietary restrictions. These are so vile that we will gladly skip any pasta or rice versus eating this. To say they smell fishy would be an understatement. Even after extended rinsing they retained to vile odor. Texture of them is unfortunately similar to under cooked calamari - chewy/rubbery. They did not incorporate or absorb any of the flavor from the sauces of the food that was served with them. We tried both the rice and the spaghetti noodles. The rest has been thrown away as we considered it not fit for human consumption.

Pleasantly surpised
So far I have only tried the "spaghetti" noodles and I was pretty surprised. I was expecting something nightmarish that would scar my love for pasta for the rest of my life but it didn't. It's not your typical pasta, you definitely have to season them up to get flavor. The noodle is similar to a rice noodle, textually and visually but it's much easier to bite through and again, I was pleasantly surprised.I will warn you, the liquid it comes in smells downright awful and you will want to throw it in the bin right after that first wiff but it's gonna be okay. Get a collander, dump the bag into it and thoroughly rinse it until the smell has gone. Boil it for about 2 minutes, drain and add it to your sauce. It was so easy and it worked. I made a low sodium wannabe spaghetti sauce and it really was good. The noodles worked well. I'm afraid of the smelly water and the rice cause it might not work with my collander so I'm a little worried on that one bit the other one should be fine.I give it an A

Good sub
Follow the directions and they will be a good sub for pasta! Not as tasty as a good pasta, but 0 carbs and filling!

It's a suitable carb substitute, but not great
For a carb substitute, it does its job. The rice has a texture that takes getting used to. It's tapioca-like with a bit of chewiness. Same goes for the noodles. I've made fried rice and ramen so far, and will turn elsewhere once I've finished these.

Absolutely inedible - don't waste your money
I purchased these because the reviews seemed positive and there was clearly a health benefit suggested from these product reviews and description. With an open mind, I prepared according to the directions - reviewers emphasized the need to rinse well due to the noxious odor. Despite rinsing, frying, cooking, adding to heavily spiced Indian sauces, this product was terrible. I honestly wondered if it had gone bad, and would have returned it if the seller allowed returns. Buyer beware, don't buy more than one package of these noodles until you are convinced they are edible because you won't get your money back.

Ummm...NO
Very very odd texture. Definitely not close to pasta or rice. I would rather eat cauliflower rice.

Fabulous!!
What a diet saver!! I've tried both the rice and the spaghetti. It definitely makes you feel like you are eating rice and pasta. I made a Thai noodle bowl with this and it was so good. Granted, it is not exactly like eating the 'real' thing, but when you are trying to meet your weight loss goals this makes it so much easier.** listen to what everyone is saying on here about rinsing the noodles VERY well and heat in the microwave or pan. This will remove the fishy smell.
