Quality surface mount box
Good quality box for surface mounting a switch or receptacle. Others have indicated a shortage of interior space and that it won't accommodate a GFCI receptacle device. I can't speak to those criticisms. My installation was at the end of the circuit which had upstream GFCI protection so a standard receptacle was all needed to be installed. It worked perfectly for my application.

Great Value
The price was fantastic. This worked out great as I purchased a metal lathe with a failed motor and electrical system. This is now the on and off switch and is mounted to the cast iron stand. Looks like it was supplied this way. Very tidy install.

Excellent value for a 1 gang weatherproof box
Solid, old reliable weatherproof box. The mounting tabs that it comes with are kind of junky, but if you're using a chase nipple to attach the box, they are usable. If not, nothing is stopping you from drilling two holes, within the gasket border, and bolting it down. Comes with caps for unused ports

This is a great quality box! I used it to add an outdoor outlet and it worked great plenty of options for covers and spots for wire to run in and out

Very sturdy and comes with plugs.
The mounting screw holes need to be drilled out. Pre-drilled holes could affect the weather proof box. It does not come with a receptacle or weather proof cover.
