It's a sleek looking lock that works as required. Finger print is instant. The app has all the features expected from the lock. My personal favorite is the auto lock feature, that will lock the door automatically even if you've forgotten to do so after leaving the house or going to bed. Comes with a clean looking app. Best part, I no longer need to carry my keys with me.

Perfect. Best smart lock. Alexa compatibility if great. The variable options to open from finger print to code to alexa or actual key is marvelously. Built in Wifi also makes it easy to control from anywhere in the world and get notifications of who opens and locks ur door from family members

Love this lock so much! Made my our lives easier as we can be assured (and notified) that the door has been auto locked as I come in or go out. You can also register multiple people in your household - permanently or temp.

Look is good, got installed by the technicians as it is tricky to align. Works with WiFi and easy to A mechanical problem is that doors have to be perfectly aligned with the aide wall structure or you will have to manually align holding the door with one hand and then use the lock.

Bought this in March 2023 - the battery is supposed to last 12 months but this hasnt been the case with this unit. The last time we charged it, it only lasted a few days!! Now it won’t even connect to the app, despite trying all the troubleshoot suggestions. Anker won’t take responsibility for the warranty since it was bought on Amazon. Amazons only solution is to return the product (leaving us without a lock) inspect it and then refund only if they decide it’s defective. The seller doesn’t answer.

The best device if you are having a bnb apartment. Smooth and easy to operate. You can link it with different smart hubs and make lots of routines. Must have and battery life is high.

Probably the best smart lock that works seamlessly and comes packed with features at this price range.

This product needs a professional to install and so we included with our purchase. It works well on our door and we wouldn't have to bring a key or worry that we forgot out house key. Convenient and smart!

I purchased 3 Eufy locks and 2 video doorbells for outside gates. Planning to have 2 lock/doorbells paired through Eufy app as advertised. When doorbell rings the notification enables you to respond to visitor but the screen does not allow you to unlock the door. This is a software problem. Eufy technical support has been terrible. They sometimes respond every 24-48 hours between contacts and will not answer or make a phond call to discuss. They ask for videos to be sent which I have done on numerous occasions. They change the enquiry ticket number repeatedly and so I expect it is difficult to keep track of the issue. Infortunately it is too late to get a refund from Amazon. Eufy have offered nothing in the way of help - no offer to replace. Terrible company with poor support. A waste of about £2000.00. Will never buy Eufy products again.

Bought this in 2023 for our vacation home and it's been a great purchase. The battery lasts a long time and the app is easy to use. Must happier with this than with Eufy security cameras I bought at the same time. They no longer work.

A great addition to my place. Installation was nice and easy, and the product quality is great.
