Great quality earbuds for listening to music.
I purchased the T-12 Pro’s to replace a broken set of buds. I opted for the T12 Pro’s because of all their features, but most of all because they have the Qualcomm QCC3040 chip and larger speakers. Rating I would give 4.25 to 4.5 stars if I could. 1/2 star off due to no active noise canceling and does not interface with Tozo sound mixer app. But don't let that stop you from buying. These are really good buds that deliver first class sound/music for half (or more) the cost of competitors' buds. Life/Usage These earbuds are advertised to have a long battery life. I have yet to have them come even close to needing to be recharged during daily use. I plan to use my T-12 Pro’s on an 8 hour flight next month. Let’s see what happens. Case (See photo below) The case is massive. The advertised picture might make the box appear to be a bit smaller than it is. IMHO, the “large” case is nothing short of amazing. 1st is the digital scale/meter. Then there is the indicator that lets you know the charging status. The case can be used to charge my cell phone, iPad, etc. Tozo advertises that the case is able to charge the buds for 170 hours of use. I would believe them. Behind a rubber cover (see Tozo image on website, the are behind the rubber waterproof cover in the rectangle below the blue light) you will find a USB-C and USB-A ports. Tozo advertises that the case can be charged wirelessly. I have not tried it because I prefer to use a cable. Design I like the design over the “stem” style buds. There are two LED’s that let you know when they are bluetoothed to whatever device you are using. There is also a voice that says "bluetooth connected." I have not experienced any issues with them staying in my ears. The T-12 Pro’s also come with different size tips to fit your ears. Sound The T-12 Pro’s DO NOT interface with the Tozo sound mixer app. They DO interface with the mixer/selector in my iPhone. They are not noise cancelling (this has yet to be an issue). For listening to music these Tozo’s are truly a great set of buds. I can listen to music with discernible bass and treble. The quality is better than my T-20’s, but these buds are almost 2x the price. I would compare the T12 Pro’s to buds costing 2x - 3x as much. Features Volume, answer calls, change music tracks, etc., can all be changed by tapping the right or left bud. Blue / Red LED to confirm Bluetooth connection. The are allegedly waterproof, but I would never wear them while swimming or near water. Biggest bummer: no active noise canceling. Customer Service Nothing short of amazing. If you happen to have a problem/issue a Tozo rep will be in contact with you w/in 24 hours. Tozo These were my 1st Tozo’s. Since then, I have purchased the T-20’s and T-1’s. Tozo offers great bugs at a great price. UPDATE I used my T-12 Pro's yesterday while on a 4 hour bike ride. During my ride I was able to place and receive telephone calls, make a Siri inquiry, and listen to music. One of my ears was slightly sore but I attribute that to the strap from my helmet rubbing against the bud. The T-12's picked up wind noise while I was riding during a telephone call. Once I stopped the wind noise disappeared. After 4 hours the buds were still running strong. I much prefer the music reproduction of these buds over my T-20's. They are discernibly better.

Solid pair of headphones for the price. Outstanding customer support.
I purchased these on a whim during Amazon prime week and opted for the T12 Pro because of the massive battery life. Below is my experience: The earbuds last a long time. Tozo claims 9 hours. I have no problems using them throughout my entire workday. The case will supposedly charge it another 17 times or so. The case gives a digital % of the case battery life and two small graphs of the approximate battery life of each bud. Indicators tell you when it is charging and completed. Plus the case can also be used to charge your phone. The case features a USBC port for charging, and a USBA port to plug in your device to charge the device. It also can be charged wirelessly. The case is massive compared to other products and fairly heavy. This is due to the expanded battery. The bass is clear and deep. The highs, in my opinion, are too high. Compared with my studio monitor headphones that I use for mixing, I was surprised to hear things in my mixes a little too loudly like the high hats. It's not bad, just not my preference and I wish there was an app to tune the highs down just a bit closer to my taste. They are not noise cancelling, but they come with several sizes of ear buds including small and medium textured one. I use the medium textured ones and they provide a good seal in my ears and holds very well without falling out. I can barely hear anything around me when there is no music and nothing around me when the music is on. I have also used them for phone calls, and the person on the other end has stated I sound crystal clear. They are touch sensitive so you will have to learn the touch sequences for next track, previous track, answer call, reject call, and volume up and down. It's very convenient to just have to touch the right or left ear to perform the wanted function and not have to search for and push on a button that might dislodge the bud from your ear. Overall with the sound quality, battery life, and features, they are a great value for the money and I definitely recommend them. Customer service from Tozo has been amazing. After about 2 months of use, my right ear bud started doing a weird thing where it would sound normal when I first pulled it out of the case, but would gradually get quieter over about 15 minutes to the point that stereo sound was no longer meeting in the middle of my head. Very frustrating. I submitted a warranty request and Tozo gave me a factory reset procedure to do. This did not resolve my issue and they sent me a new pair which seems to be working. My only complaint is the new box it shipped in is smaller and doesn't have the earbud organizer (they are loose in a bag instead), but since you shouldn't be changing the buds that often when you get the right size it's really a non-issue. I'm assuming they shrank the retail packaging to save some costs and the earbud organizer was removed. Considering the quality and value you are getting and the low cost, it was probably a smart move to shrink the packaging.

NC9 vs NC9 PRO vs T12 PRO
There are so many products from TOZO, it was difficult to choose the "best." I purchased the NC9 model and was impressed. But the T12 and other models' specs and features seemed so tempting! Are the NC9 really the best? I reached out to the company, but didn't get a clear answer. So, I decided to test. I purchased the NC9 Pro and the T12 Pro. I only purchased the TOZO products with the largest driver diameter because I want to hear deep bass when listening to music. I also like to listen to music in bed; earbuds which will not fall out or be uncomfortable when placing my ear on a pillow are a must. Here are the differences I noted, and my recommendations. THE "TOZO SOUND" MOBILE APP Which TOZO devices are compatible with the TOZO Sound app? - The TOZO Sound app is currently compatible with models T6S, T10S, NC2 Pro, NC7 Pro, NC9 Pro and NC9 Pro Max. - The NC9 Pro Max model doesn't appear to be available as of this writing. - From the products I tested, only the NC9 Pro works with the app. - The T12 Pro and NC9 are not recognized by the app. The TOZO Sound mobile app main features: - Equalizer that actually works - Programmable earbud button controls - More noise canceling options, including custom mode (must use app to set - extra modes don't cycle when pressing the earbuds button). PHYSICAL DIFFERENCES The NC9 and NC9 Pro are essentially the same, except: - The NC9 Pro has updated voice/sound feedback and seems to respond a little faster. - The NC9 Pro works with the TOZO Sound mobile app. - Slight cosmetic differences (more below). - Both the NC9 and NC9 Pro models feature active noise canceling and transparent mode. The T12 Pro earbuds and charger feature a different design. - The overall size is about the same as the NC9/NC9 Pro, but more round. - The earbuds are designed to fit a little deeper in the ear canal. - The T12 Pro features a larger "power bank" charging case with detailed battery stats. - The T12 Pro does not feature any noise canceling or transparent modes. MINOR DIFFERENCES - The NC9 Pro earbuds have "TOZO" printed on the outside and "L" and "R" printed on the inside. - The NC9 earbuds have "L" and "R" printed on the outside, TOZO on the inside. - The T12 Pro has detailed charger and earbud battery stats. - The NC9 and NC9 Pro have simple indicator lights. - The NC9 Pro charging case lights blink faster than the NC9 when the case is charging. - The NC9 pairs once you take the earbuds out of the charging case. - The NC9 Pro and T12 Pro will pair as soon as you open the charging case lid. SOUND QUALITY DIFFERENCES T12 Pro - The T12 Pro earbuds feature the deepest bass, though it's only a little more than the NC9/NC9 Pro. - They seem to be factory-tuned for big bass with slightly muted mid and higher frequencies. NC9/NC9 Pro - The NC9 and NC9 Pro are factory-tuned with louder, clear vocals and highs, and still have rich bass. NC9 Pro Advantage "Cheat Mode" - With the TOZO Sound app "Bass +" equalizer setting, the NC9 Pro can be tuned to produce as much bass as the T12 Pro, - All while keeping the clear vocals and highs. ACTIVE NOISE CANCELING & TRANSPARENT MODE - WHAT TO EXPECT It is my opinion that the active noise canceling and "transparent mode" features in the NC9/NC9 Pro are just too good to pass up. However, they don't block ALL sounds. Here's what to expect. Active Noise Canceling: - Works great for erasing continuous "white noise" from wind, airplanes, cars, fans, machinery, etc. - Really erases most white noise. Airplane noise gone. Car noise gone. Yes, that too. - Doesn't block all shorter or sharp sounds. - Doesn't block all rain noise. - You'll still hear muffled sounds of people talking, dogs barking, etc. - You'll still hear some white noise if wearing earbud seals too small for your ear. Transparent Mode: - Great for hearing people talking, airlines announcements, etc. while wearing earbuds. - Depending on the volume, you may need to pause your music to clearly hear outside noise. - Also amplifies white noise; it may not be so great to use this mode all the time. ANC Off - Standard Mode: - Still blocks some sounds, but doesn't block white noise. - You'll hear muffled sounds of people talking, dogs barking, etc. - NC9/NC9 Pro earbud batteries really last over 10 hours when using this mode (about 30% volume). - Perfect in a quieter environment when you don't have to pay attention to others talking. RECOMMENDATIONS - TL;DR Please keep in mind: all of these TOZO models sound great. If you're used to laptop speakers or the tiny, wired earbuds included with your mobile device, you'll likely be amazed at the sound quality difference. NC9 Pro: In my opinion, the NC9 Pro provides the best choice of features in regards to app-adjustable sound and noise cancelation. If you love these features, don't need the power bank charger feature of the T12 Pro, and don't mind the higher price, the NC9 Pro may be your best choice. NC9: The NC9 model sounds great and works well. To be honest, I often set my NC9 Pro equalizer feature to flat/standard because "bass +" is just too much bass. So, my NC9 sounds the same as my NC9 Pro. Considering the lower price point, the NC9 is very tempting. T12 Pro: If you must have the power bank charger feature, and the noise canceling or app features don't appeal to you, the T12 may be for you. Still, may I recommend the NC9? T12: In my opinion, this model doesn't offer any advantages over the NC9 (no power bank charger). Buy the NC9 instead. MISC NOTES - PROS/CONS - In all models I tested, the microphones pick up loud outside noise (i.e. airports arrivals area), which makes it difficult to use for calling (your friend can't hear you). They work well in quieter environments. - I have smaller ears. I found the NC9/NC9 Pro earbuds fit better and were more comfortable than the T12 earbuds, especially when placing my ear on a pillow. Even though they're similar in size, the T12 earbuds seem to stick out of my ears more. They may work better for people with larger ears. - The earbud buttons on all models are very sensitive. They'll trigger if you accidentally touch them with your arm, hand, etc. - When skipping tracks, I've found it's easier to just lightly double-tap the earbud button with the palm of my hand, or even my arm, than to try to locate it with a finger. I hope this review has been helpful!

Amazing sounds, fit, and quality!
This was a lucky find, even with the thousands of reviews on the non pro version. I was searching for wireless earbuds for my son that hard a good balance of quality build, sound, and price. These are perfect when adjusted for the price. They're not going to win awards with audio, or be perfectly waterproof, or make you walk out into a busy street because they cancel out all noise I'm your immediate area. What they are is a great example of Tozo finding a niche between terrible budget earbuds and decent $100 earbuds. I've had a wide variety of earbuds from my Airpods, Sony WF-1000XM4, Monster, Soundcores, and cheaper Tozos. The T12 Pros are the best budget option I've bought. Sound is pretty nice, full, warm, and the bass is strong without being overpowering (IMO bass is used by budget earbuds to hide terrible quality). Battery is great unless you never put them back in the case occasionally to charge them throughout the day. Bluetooth range is long and stable. Touch controls work well and the fit for my son (who is 5'8") is perfect. I'm 6'1" and it fits great for me with the included other options. My only two criticisms would be the case is a little large and I liked the built-in hole to connect a strap that another Tozo charging case has. Both of those are hardly reasons not to give this a shot if you want to jump into wireless earbuds that don't cost hundreds of dollars. Maybe keep that money and see if Tozo puts out a high end version you can buy later with that money you saved (Tozo T-1000s?). Worth it.

Sounds good, but just won't stay in my ears
I have been torn on these for a few months and have been holding off on reviewing because of it. I already have the Tozo A1 buds and am happy with them, but was looking to see if I could get a little better sound quality with a more expensive pair of buds and possibly a little more battery life. The answer is yes to both, with with a sort of asterisk after it. These are far less comfortable than my A1 buds and just refuse to stay in my ears. The stalks that go into your ear canals seem to be a bit too long. And you have to put them ALL the way into your ears to get the buds to actually rest in your ears with any meaningful security. That is okay, and to an extend I got used to the feeling, but my ear canals constantly push these things out. I have about as average of ears as you can hope to find for a guy, and these just constantly migrate out. So I have to constantly mess with them and adjust them. They drop out of my ears every time I have used them. Mind you, the more you move your head and the more you talk (your jawbone flexes your ear canals in case you weren't already aware) the faster they work their way loose. I have tried all the included tips and am wearing the ones which result in the best fit for me. For comparison, they literally do not fit in my wife's ears at all, her ears are definitely on the smaller end, and they simply will not go past the very opening of her ears and the rest of the bud sits comically far out of her outer ear. My most recent time using these really solidified my need to come and leave a review. I was laying in a hammock. It's legitimately hard for me to move less. No talking, no rolling over, no moving my head back and forth. Stationary for 2 hours. The left one still managed to fall out. I believe with shorter stalks these would fit much better, and allow the outside of your hears to hold the buds securely in place. I'm not sure what the perceived advantage they were going for with going deep in the ears, but the negative of having a high chance of losing these seems to outweigh what they were trying for. I can't imagine using these fishing, around machinery or from any height. I have nearly lost them casually strolling through grass. This may not be as bad for everyone, but like I said my ears are pretty much right in the middle average size inside and out for a guy. So, since I consider this a negative based on design I am docking a star. The other star I am docking due to overall fit and finish. The magnets that hold the buds in the charger are installed incorrectly on 1 bud (the right one). This causes the bud to stick way up off kilter in the charger to the extent it impacts the lid when it closes (the lid is also secured with magnets so it kinds "smacks" the ear bud every time it closes.) With the negatives out of the way, I'll give my positives. The sound quality is really quite good. It's hard to go apples to apples with something outside of wireless at the price point, since you are paying for Bluetooth connectivity, batteries and charging capabilities. I would put them closer to good quality 30 dollar closed back headphones. Additionally, the batteries last quite a long time. I have worn them for at most about 6 hours and they were still playing which is good in my book. When purchasing I was like, eh a powerbank, whatever neat to have I guess. Literally the day these arrived I had run out of the house for an emergency and my was basically dead. These maintained the phone power from decreasing and managed to actually add some power, but it is a slow charger. Still, it has proven to be a useful feature for me. That being said, its pretty huge in the pocket. More on the audio. Without equalization the sound is tuned for lower frequencies without being really muddy. It does pretty good at more complex bass like dubstep or other electronic music where you expect more than just a quick bass hit. Highs are a bit muted out of the box and honestly, its probably better being a little muted since these buds shine at moderately high volume so having a lot of higher frequency volume would cause ear fatigue faster. The only place I really which these did better on is mids. I like a pretty wide range of music, and mids to me really didn't do great with acoustic guitar or many vocals. They are fine, but the much cheaper A1 buds were also "fine." Overall, I wouldn't personally recommend these. I can't imagine these will make it to being "retired" from use for any reason other than getting broken or lost as a direct result of not staying in my ears, and that is the most important aspect in a pair of earbuds for me. If you have small ears, this is far worse. I'm almost glad I ordered these because of the bad fit, as it gave me a great example for the wife of things to look at before getting a pair of buds for herself. Sadly, she is now using and loving my Tozo A1 buds and I doubt she will be giving them back ever.

My TOZO T12 PROs
When I first got these in 5/11/2022, they were amazing.... But then the right earbud got so you could barely hear anything through them... They ended up on the floor under my bed, forgotten for a long time... I had to clean up underneath so I pulled them out and I decided to charge it they were completely dead and the case too so I charged all of them to 100% and then I decided to try them the problem with the right earbud somehow corrected itself and these things sound incredible! So I took advantage of them being waterproof and gave all three a bath the case and the two earbuds... I only problem now is that they kept slipping out of my ear but I bought some new tips to try and so far so good I'm pretty happy Update! So far so good they're staying in my ears they sound incredible I wear them all the time now when I'm listening to music when I'm watching a movie oh my goodness it's like I'm in the cinema except I'm just looking at a phone screen but the sound is incredible whatever happens to that right earbud has been fixed I mean it doesn't even do what it did I couldn't be happier cuz these were just an amazing set of ear buds. Even the battery in the case stays charged for about a month the earbuds can actually stay charged long enough to watch at least a couple of movies I would recommend these to anybody and if I ever had to replace them I'd probably just order another set!

UPDATE - PLEASE READ - fantastic customer service
I wanted to like these earbuds. And I did when I first put them in. But after wearing them for a few minutes, the sound volume starts to decrease until it can't be heard except at the highest volume and when there is no background noise. I've tried every size eartip that came with the earbuds and also the ones that had worked quite well with my previous earbuds, but nothing worked. I can wiggle the earbuds around at various angles and occasionally the volume jumps. But it doesn't stay. It could be a flaw in the shape of the earbuds, but they work well when I first start to wear them. It could also be that the noise cancelling starts cancelling itself out, which is possible because it doesn't cancel the background noise. Or it could be something else. UPDATE - Tozo reached out to me to offer a replacement for these earbuds. They offered me a choice of two different styles, and I chose the NC9Plus because they were the same style as the T12. So 5 stars for customer service. I'm not going to change my rating of the T12 because it is still a poor quality product. However the NC9Plus is anything but. This is a far superior model. The fit is excellent. The sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelling feature works well, as does transparency mode. Overall a fantastic product. The only drawback is that the NC9Plus is rated IPX6 rather then IPX8 like the T12. So if you don't need a waterproof earbud, I highly recommend the NC9Plus.

Great earbuds, and Tozo stands behind their product!
I got these for my wife for her to use with her work laptop for Teams meetings/calls/etc., and they worked perfectly for just under a year before the sound volume was just barely a whisper, even when we paired it with multiple devices. My wife said that the sound before then was perfect, they paired quickly and easily with her laptop, felt good in her ears even on long calls, the battery life was great, and she had no complaints until then. I got in touch with Tozo, and their customer service got in touch with me very quickly to help troubleshoot the issue. When no solution was found, they replaced them with a newer model to make sure that we were both happy, and we are. I've got a couple of other Tozo products (the Golden X1's and the OpenReal headphones) and have been very happy with them. Sometimes issues just pop up, no matter how tight a company's quality control is, that's just life. That they helped me to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction roughly a year after purchase is a huge sign of attention to customer satisfaction. I'd recommend Tozo's products to anyone; they've got a great range across a lot of different price points, and both the quality of the product and their customer service is fantastic.

excellent
really Surprised by the quality fit, finish and sound. Spending a bit of time fitting the ear piece adaptors makes a big different in sound quality. The charge last a long time and im still not charged the base since I got them a week ago and I use them alot.

Prestem atenção no modelo
