Cutest Ever Baby Toys to Knit Hardcover – August 19, 2014

I was drawn to this book because of the cute elephant on the cover. I am knitting animal toys for a charity. There are 10 animals toys in this book. The other items are booties, a playbook, a ball, a bunny bag, a crib toy to string across a crib, a flower grab toy, a blanket, and a rag doll. I really love tha animals in this book. But if you aren't looking for animals, there are still other baby probjects.

some of the cutest toys ever, a treasure for knitting grandmothers. Only complaint is that the type is small and in gray letters on pastel backgrounds. Some toys might be easier to do in circular knitting. Overall wonderful projects.

Thankyou so much for the prompt delivery of these adorable patterns...my 6young grandchildren are thrilled with their Xmas gifts made from this book, especially the elephant and snoopy dog!

I liked this book and have made 2 of the knitted animals so far. They came out OK and I was doing great until I got to the penguin. Unfortunately, I discovered a serious error in the pattern directions for this animal. In the back and front pieces, the row 15 direction says will be 40 stitches. But when directed to knit 2 together 5 times, that would decrease by 10 stitches to 30, not 40. I discovered this and now am a bit concerned that there may be mistakes in the other pattern directions. Update - When kitting parts for the fox, I found another error in the directions for making the legs, line 12. The number of stitches should be 26, not 236. This book would have benefited from a better proofreader.

Everyone is always labeling things and places are World Famous, Best Tasting, and a whole pack of superlative adjectives.These really are the cutest.

Can't wait to start some of these especially the elephant for my adult granddaughter. They are so cute.

Bought it for the elephant for my grandson. Made it up in a few days and it came out as illustrated and expected. Keeping the book in my knitting library for future reference.

Wonderful book of toys for little ones, always a good book with Val Pierce.

A little disappointing. The only truly "cute" toy is the one on the cover. The rest can be found for free online.
