great good kids book or coffee table book. pictures are bright with very little words. I have a two year so being able to make up a story i can remember is always good. just pointing out the colors in a funny voice is a good time.

I bought this book for my grandson and I may keep it for myself. I'm studying fashion design and find inspiration in the illustrations and images. I would highly recommend for a child or adult. It's a lovely find.

there are lots and lots of colors in this book. the colors aren't necessarily labeled, which leaves the reader free to identify them as specifically or as generally as you like.

Obviously written to try and make some story/sense of the pretty artwork. I could have done with more art and fewer words, but it works.

Give it to an artistic young person. Or keep it for yourself. Eight more words required, so is this enough?

Girard is able to express joy through the use of form and colour in an innocent and exuberant manner. Lucky are the children who are given his toys, books and dolls. With these excellent playthings the child is able to express their emotions and grow in confidence in the choice of colour in their lives.

Fabulous book for mid-century design nerds!

bought for inspiration as i love his work. the kids love it now too so i usually don't know where MY book is. good quality, speedy delivery, fine price.
