Absolutely tasted disgusting. Tastes like fish and all smell was okay. Had to Chuck it away as I could not drink it at all

So easy to take. I used powder supplement , as cannot take capsules or tablets. However with powder I find it a little inconvenient as you always have to mix it with water. This is so easy to take as you just put in the cap and take the recommended amount. Also has a great flavour. Noticed a little bit of difference In my hair and skin. Losing a little bit less hair. The difference is not big, but there is some difference . Will defo buy more

Voll von Konservierungsstoffen. Kaufen Sie besser flüssiges Biotin, dass für Pferde angeboten wird. Das können auch Menschen benutzen, da Pferde ohnehin sensibler und anspruchsvoller als Menschen sind. Außerdem sparen Sie da auch noch Geld. Denn das Produkt hier ist zu teuer.
