Absolutely one of my favorite workout hacks! I love that I can run for 2-3 hours without cramping and I get to have a bit of flavor during my run! I highly recommend SaltStick and love that they are small to put in my running shorts! They are easy to chew and swallow! I like that they give me electrolytes and hydration while keeping the sugar content at a minimum. They help me stay focused as I can chew or suck on them while crushing my workout! Great value for how many you get! Amazing product and great company!

Delicious
My go to for endurance training and races! My normal was lime lemon flavor which of course I got. I wanted to try another Flavor in case I’d get flavor fatigue. My gosh! This tropical flavor is perfection! I alternated between the two flavors! Definitely continuing this flavor for future endurance . I love this brand and specifically these chewables because they are easy to take when running and fast absorbing! Not to mention easy to carry .

Great help with muscle cramping
I have had problems with cramping in my leg muscles for years. I have used liquid electrolyte solutions which do work. But using the Saltstick chewables has resolved the issue of having to get up more frequently at night to go to the bathroom. Highly recommend these!!

Great for electrolye replacement
These Salt chews are a lifesaver when out hiking the trails in the Southern US desert. The flavor of the tablets are not too salty and the mango is very palatable. I am prone to heat exhaustion so I know that I need to keep these handy along with LOTS of water.
