This stuff is Amazing!!! Very effective in killing both bedbugs and roaches. Low oder compared to store brands and more effective. The red label (petroleum base) works best compared to blue label water base. Sprayer trigger went faulty on one bottle had purchased.

Best I can tell this product works well but my room I sprayed it in had to be aired out for 3 days before trying to sleep in there again. I remember years ago when I lived in an apartment complex, the manager would have the apts sprayed fairly often and it smelled just like this product. I still ended up having some bugs left but I made the mistake of just spraying the top of my box springs and not underneath and that is where most of the buggers were nesting! Threw my box springs away and that got rid of them completely.

Been using this spray for 12 years!!! I had bed bugs 12 yrs ago. I only use oil base (red label). Water base blue label) isn't as good. If you go to there website, they have kits you can purchase. I bought one that cost $130 but, keep in mind that was over 12 yrs ago. It killed them all! I've been using it as a prevented maintenance spray. Every place I move to, I spray it down before moving in with JT Eaton. I have developed a method. Spray all corners in the entire home. I recommend you Start at the top corner. Because it is oil based, it runs down to the bottom corner. Spray along the base of all walls, behind and under all appliances, inside all cabinets. Be sure to caulk all holes or openings. I spray the window seals as well. It kills MOST insects!!!! It has killed ALL the ones I've sprayed over the years.

This item I can say for the price it works but it doesn't work alone you need to follow a step process of poisons the killing contact and residual spray is that last up to a few weeks and traps and you too can be bedbug free trust me go on YouTube and look up bedbug steps on how to get rid of them and you're going to come upon bedbug supplies on how to get rid of bedbugs yourself I am not promoting them they just help me out in my darkest hour found them watch the videos for all the items except for the steamer I bought a cheaper steamer and well 90% sure I'm OK I'll be 100% why continue not to find more

I have been battling with bedbugs for almost 3 years now and I heard about this spray from my fiancé's grandmother and I am so glad that she told me about it because IT WORKS!!!!! It kills the bedbugs on contact! I sprayed this spray absolutely everywhere and got them all or so that's what I thought! After about a month we started getting eaten up at night again. I didn't know that we were supposed to retreat after a week or two, so I bought more and am treating again and this time I am retreating retreating retreating! I am so sick of these little basters! It is oil based so the floor gets really slick and slippery so be very careful. It doesn't have that overpowering chemical smell to it so I like that but it does work you just have to keep up with it and retreat a couple times to make sure that you get the ones that hatch out of the eggs because I don't think it kills the eggs.

My grandma had bedbugs when I lived with her she use this in her room, and they never spread to anywhere else, now I found myself with some, and I have sprayed the furniture and I’m not itching or getting bit anymore, this brand is the best brand! I will say the smell doesn’t smell very good of the spray and you’ll want to be out of the house, or at least air it out maybe do one room at a time

I bought the oil based and it is great ...I first bought it from another company bedbug supplyIts good for spiders dust mites...I got rid of cover s.washed my covers...please dont say its because a person is dirty no not the case I am a clean person....they are earth bugs coming inside..they bite ...spiders bite ....so I did this in layers ..ants too ear wicks to......I always rate things that are great and will say it....I sprayed my baseboards ...if there is a mild case ..one bite ..I looked up wat to get ....I never tried the water based I just used the oil based ...getting back to the layers u wash covers that are used on bed spray box sping spray curtains ...no fumes and u do this regularly as in every two to three months ...bugs hide and is sneaky the oils will cause rhe bug to take it back to where ever and kill others so hey neat cos I will keep doing this for all bugs this is a good effective product..no more bugs ants ear wiccks spiders ..

I don't have bed bugs anymore. This product will kill any bug that you will encounter. Especially the oil base
