This is a great ice pack. It stays in place and it does this job. It eases the pain and it will go anywhere. You need it to go around your arms around your shoulder around your back and lower back your legs everywhere. It’s a great value for your money that holds the ice retention stays for a long time and it’s very effective and durable.

I picked up this 3-Piece Set of Reusable Ice Packs on a discount, honestly thinking I'd probably never use them and it was just an impulse buy. They sat in my freezer for a few months untouched. Then I ended up with a bad sprain near my spine and lower back – the swelling and pain were intense. These gel packs were an absolute game-changer! They conform nicely to the body, stay cold for a good amount of time, and really helped reduce the swelling while easing the pain significantly. I also appreciated that they can be used for hot therapy too, though I mainly needed cold. The set of three different sizes made it easy to target the exact area. Great quality, no leaks, and super convenient. I now recommend everyone keep a set like this on hand – you never know when you'll need it, and it could make a huge difference. Totally worth it, even at full price!

The gel packs get nice and cold, and they hold the cold pretty long. The band works great but the layer between the ice and your skin is a bit thick so it didn't provide as much cold as I would like. I ended up taking the gel out of the sleeve and putting it directly on my skin and then wrapped the band around it to hold it in place - that worked great.

I have a bulging L4 & L5 vertebrae that pinch my Sciatica nerve & cause pain. After trying multiple types of ice pack these are the best for me. They are the perfect size for targeted icing of specific spots. Also, this gel seems to both hold, and transfer cold to my body better than other packs I've tried. Its compact size is easy to fit in my freezer without getting in the way. I also bought the recommended magic gel ice pack (pink trimmed) belt, which I can't recommend for my issue. It was huge & bulky. I wasn able to target ice the L4/L5 vertebrae in my back in any way. If you need a general icing of your entire lower back, the magic gel may be a better fit. The nagic gel belt also filled up my freezer & took up alot of real estate. I'm not getting any funds, donations, or products for this review & I'm not a professional reviewer... Just a hard working Dad of 3.

Outstanding product! Sooner or later, you or someone in your family is going to need these icepacks / hotpacks. You will be so-so-so glad you have them. I certainly was! They are incredibly well-made, and they are super fast to freeze or heat. This weekend for 48 hours, I used them for cold packs for a dental implant that failed. I put both packs in the freezer, and 60 minutes later the icepacks were ready to use. 10 minutes on/ 10 minutes off to prevent swelling and reduce pain. The icepack easily lasted me a hour. I had it wrapped in a very soft microfiber towel. While the set does come with a blue fabric case to enclose the icepack, it was not as nice and soft against my cheek as my microfiber lavender hair towel (from Amazon, of course). That said, the blue fabric case supplied w/the 2 icepacks does have a nice elastic band on it. I can see that would be very handy for keeping the pack in place against a wrist or ankle or knee, etc. Today I’m using one of the packs as a heat pack against my cheek to speed the healing and improve blood flow to the implant’s extraction site. Aaah! So glad I can very quickly heat one in the microwave. It takes about 50 seconds to heat up. My .02… get these BEFORE you need them. Because sooner or later you or someone in your family will need them to ease the pain and promote healing. Fortunately Amazon delivered them to us in less than 24 hours! Great product, great price!

This is an excellent product. The size provides coverage to neck, shoulder and knees when heat is required. It’s flexible and the straps are comfortable. This very affordable product. I may buy several for gifts. Highly recommend

Great quality, works great, the built in ice pack cover on the strap makes it so easy and comfortable! One pack can be in the freezer while I’m using the other and never run out of cold for application. Would highly recommend!

Product is overall decent and will definitely keep and use. I do feel it came up short (literally) in a few areas. Biggest issue for me is the stretchable belt is a struggle to fit and fasten around my waist. I am 6'1", 220 lbs. 38 inch waist for reference. Even with a bit of a gut at 50+ years old, I don't think it should be this tight. It's a challenge to get it on (especially because of my low back issue). It feels overly tight and slightly uncomfortable. Because it's so tight, it has a tendency to come unfastened a little easier. It's Velcro (hook and loop). Secondly, I would have liked the gel pack itself to be a little thicker. Seems to me that it would stay colder for longer. After a few days using it, I feel like it's good for about 30 mins. Probably good for most, but I would have preferred more cooling capacity in each pack. Again, decent product for the price, but a few tweaks and this 3 would be a 5 for me.

These are unbelievably good - regardless if you use them as an ice pack or as a heated compress. Durable and well made - a really good value for the purchase price when you buy the multi pack of 3. LOVE THEM!

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Great design, really useful for all sorts of complaints when it comes to post-exercise aches, strained or otherwise poorly body parts. Also great for other circumstances like when you have a fever/toothache etc. Super cheap, well built. Should be included in everyone's home health essentials.

This is the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used. I bought it for my foot and it works very well. I have to wrap it around a few times but once I get it on, it doesn't move. I measured it around my waist only because of some of the reviews saying that it's too small and for me it fit with LOTS of room to spare. My waist is 32" and there was probably an extra 18" more than I needed.
