Highly Satisfied
Very satisfied - the charge lasts longer than I expected. For everyone's information, the length of time a battery will last depends on the aid you are using, and the amount of "noise" you are using them in. The more "options" that are in your aids, the more "juice" the aid uses from the battery, meaning that battery will not last as long on each charge. The more noise you're exposed to, the more the aid has to "work", thus the more juice it uses. I have Hansaton Inara hearing aids, and a charge will last for 20 hours or more; I've let them go until the battery is dead twice, and the charge lasted at least 22 hours each time. And they will recharge in about 2.5 hours. I love the little Power One charger also; you're supposed to get around 8 recharges for 2 of the 312 batteries on one charge of the Lithium battery in the charger. For those who are not familiar with the Power One charger, it has a built-in (replaceable) Lithion Ion battery that you charge up with a typical transformer, then you just have to carry the little pocket charger with you while travelling, so you can recharge 1 or 2 batteries at a time, and the charger will keep your aids charged for up to 10-12 days --- unless you plan to be travelling for several weeks, then you will have to take the transformer with you also. The charger can be used for sizes 10, 13, or 312, but has to be Power One batteries.

Solved my sweat problem
My Widex hearing aids would stop working any time I would even think about breaking a sweat. Usually they would recover if I put new batteries in. So I theorized that the moisture was actually getting into the batteries air hole and stopping the batteries, rather than causing the devices to malfunction. I was hoping these batteries would not have that problem because they are sealed. This proved to be the case, and I can wear these on a warm day or while working outside and not have the hearing aids shut off. The charge life is slightly disappointing, in my devices they last not quite a full day. Perhaps 10-12 hours. So, you have to have a second set in the charger with you. For me that is a reasonable tradeoff. I don't know yet how long these last or how many charge cycles I will get. I also noted that my hearing aids function for quite a while after the "low battery" warning, these don't drop off as quickly as they go down so you don't have to change them right away (if you don't mind the nagging voices in your head).

Did NOT work for Signia Pure 7X hearing aids
I saw a review where an individual said they worked with Signia hearing aids. Perfect, just what I needed. I wanted to stop using the Zinc Air batteries. I ordered the batteries along with the Powerone charger, charged up the batteries, put them in the hearing aids and the hearing aids did not turn on. I was curious why. The Zinc Air are 1.45 Volts, whereas the PowerOne are 1.2 Volts, however I figured similar to all button batteries devices the hearing aids would perhaps have a working range of 1.0 volt to 1.45 volt. So was a little baffled why these batteries didn't work in the hearing aids. I was able to finally get in touch with the technical team at Signia to discover the minimum voltage for the Pure 7X 312 hearing aids is 1.3Volts.

They work great for my 91 year old mother
I have been getting these rechargeable hearing aid battery's for years. This is the 4th time and they last as stated for around 6 months before needing replacements. They charged on day one overnight and last the whole day. My 91 year old mother is very good at placing them every night in the charger next to her bed. I am so happy not to be dealing with the regular battery's, as they are dropped and lost so easily. I save the regular ones for times she forgets to close the charger door. But the follow night I replace them and we are back in business. Well worth the price and saves on the aggravation of using regular battery's.

These batteries are a good deal if they fit into your unit.
These rechargeable batteries, size 312, fit into my hearing aid and worked well with my charging unit that Miracle Ear supplied with my most recent purchase with them. Each of my Miracle Ear hearing aids cost me about $3,000 each. The price for Power One ACCU rechargeable batteries were much more reasonable than those Miracle Ear (business) wanted to sell me with my expensive hearing aids. The quality or ability to hold a charge appears about the same as Miracle Ear batteries. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Very Satisfied with the Improvement Over the Performance of the Previous Batteries, the Purchase Price and Timely Delivery
I can say how well the battery is performing - at this time - in comparison to the batteries being replaced. I can also say that the price was very reasonable, and the delivery date was met. However, given that, I'm hoping that the life expectancy of these batteries lives up to their advertised life span. I can't say that they've lasted very long because they were recently received. I've given this product 5 stars based on the purchase price, delivery, and apparent improvement over the batteries they replaced. Hopefully, they will last long enough for me to keep them at 5 stars.
