I am genuinely impressed with this massager. I use it far beyond just my neck, including my feet, calves, piriformis, glutes, neck, and lumbar area, and it works exceptionally well on all of them. The kneading pressure is strong and consistent, and it reaches deep tissue areas that are hard to target without professional massage. The heat feature works exactly as it should. I am honestly not sure why there are negative reviews about the heat, because mine warms up fully within about 7 to 8 minutes and provides deep, soothing heat that noticeably relaxes tight muscles. It is not instant heat, but once it reaches temperature, it is very effective. The price is phenomenal for what you get. This feels like a much more expensive device, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the versatility and how easy it is to reposition for different muscle groups. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and has become part of my regular pain relief and muscle recovery routine. I would absolutely recommend it.

I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :)

Great product and great Customer support! I wanted to make sure it was compatible with 220-240 voltage so it can be used where i live (Israel), and they replied fast and confirmed it can be used with 220-240 voltage. About the massage itself - it gets the job done and the massage balls go pretty deep into the neck so its effective. We still use it from time to time for about 3 years now, so its quite durable. I assume it has to do with the fact that i wanted an electric corded massager, and not a portable one, because the batteries always have much shorter lifespan than corded electric products, so if you are debating between corded and portable massager, definitely go for the corded, if lack of portability is not an issue. In summary - definitely worth the money, and its not an expensive massager anyway.

Heats up, feels a bit rough at first (read: hurts) but as it works the knots out, it feels amazing. Highly recommend if you sit at a desk all day or spend a lot of time looking down. If you have neck problems, do consult with your physician beforehand. Does plug into wall but also comes with a plug in for the car so could be good for road trips. Doesn't make a lot of noise so I dont see this waking up folks in proximity.

I've had this a number of weeks and held off a review until I had it a while. I am giving this 4 stars because, NOT that doesn't get the job done - in fact this feels awesome on an aching tired neck - becasue, of that it has begun to make pops and cracks. Everything works great as described & often I have to turn the heat down and knobs help dig into your neck and get out the cricks. My issue is, that it is now popping and making cracking sounds -- glad I got the service plan. Other than that, it really helps... ======================================================================================= UPDATE I originally gave this product 4 stars to give it time to adequately determine the quality of this product I am now changing it to 3 stars, as the item worked well for a couple of months and then quit working --- If, you are thinking about purchasing this item, GET the Asurian plan (which, I did - THANK GOD) because, the Manufacturer will NOT back up OR stand behind this product. ------------------ I purchased this item on January 15th 2026 (luckily I have the Asurian plan & hopefully they will stand behing the plan) , had for a couple of months & then it quit working, except for the heating function --- when you open the box, inside is a Company card to register this item with NEKTECK - I did that too ----- when this item failed, I thought I would contact NEKTECK & see if, they would could do anyting on their end OR should I just go through Asurian - they replied they were sorry to hear this, they asked for date of purchase, order # and such -- all valid questions, including the details of the problem -------------- after doing so, thei response was to include a video now of me detailing the situation, a drop of my blood & ownership of my first born child -- just silly things, to show me that, registering this with NECKTEK does absolutely NO good what so-ever. GET the Asurian plan and save yourself some headaches -- if, they were a better Company - they would NOT make you jump though flaming hoops, they would just simply stand behind their product -- too many headaches to get a replacement!!
