I take this!

I take the capsules because the infusion is not available at this time. They do make me nauseated at times so I suggest eating b4 taking. Have been taking on and off for almost a year! My dr. was excited that I bought this brand!

Helps stop gray hair!!!
I read online that if you’re graying early or more than you like, you’re likely deficient in copper. I figured why not try it? And let me tell you, I usually Color my hair every 4 weeks (using a wash out hair color) and I’m going on 7 weeks with much less of a “line”!! I’d say it’s def working! I am full salt & pepper in my 40’s so you can def see what it’s doing! I will stay on this for sure. TIP: do not take on an empty stomach or the nausea is real.

It’s a pill! Not a gummy…
Easier than the gummies for copper. They stick together so hard you can’t get just one. The whole jar was packed. If you have 2 take copper I recommend these pills. Much easier 2 swallow 🌺

Bioavailable is very important!
Copper is needed for iron metabolism and making healthy blood cells just to name a few. Some cooper supplements your body cannot break down well. Copper glycinate is generally considered the most bioavailable and best tolerated.
