Horrible
Honestly the only reason I gave 1 star is so I can leave a review. I ordered this for a client, measured properly and ordered the size accordingly to the size chart. Brace comes in and it is way too small, which tells me that the size chart they provide is not accurate. Worse part is, they don’t allow refunds!! Just wanted to warn anyone else to not purchase from this place, you will be stuck with a useless piece of material! Shame on you PROCARE!

Lightweight brace does the job but stitching fails after ~75 miles
This is my goto brace. I have MCL, ACL, and a meniscus injury in the affected knee. This brace keeps me pain free on 10+ mile walks; it's also light and compactible enough to stow away in my Camelbak until I need it.However, if you're very active, you will need to treat this product like a consumable. Just like you have to replace your running shoes regularly, you will have to replace this brace frequently... very frequently... they only last about 50 miles until mechanical failure is imminent. The first thing to go is the stitching on the velcro pads. This causes loosening and the feeling that you constantly have to readjust the brace during exercise. At around 75 miles the stitching on the top inner thigh brace socket completely fails allowing the brace mechanism to slip out with your gait. Not only does this reduce the stability of the brace significantly but the edge of the brace bar has a sharp edge and will slowly cut layers of your skin away until you have a patch of raw bloody skin on your inner thigh. If you have a sewing machine and thick thread you could fix the stitching yourself.
