Does the job, outputs video simultaneously on TV and laptop from PS4. Bit higher on price.

Doesn't work with both channels connected, even if one device is switched off.
Tried connecting my TV & Projector from a single HDMI out port on the AV Receiver. Didn't work as expected, so had to return and go for an HDMI switch.
