Sharp light knife for cutting and trimming meats. The steel is hard enough to stay sharp but not so hard to sharpen easily and chip. Important to have a small and thin tip area for this. Couple this with a big butcher knife... great for portioning lovely steaks

Sharpest knife in the kitchet. Affordable. Wish it came with a proper sheath for fishing trips.

Fantastic bread knife! I did a lot of research before purchasing and it was between this one and the Tojiro... decided on the Millenia as reviews said it was a sturdier knife also useful for cutting watermelon. This knife is great, comfortable to hold, and cuts bread into perfect slices with no tearing.

I received this knife yesterday, and am very happy ( but BE CAREFUL, it's SHARP). Nice weight, great feel, very sharp. I cut a watermelon, a cantaloupe, and a lemon (I normally only use my special small knife to cut lemons and limes) and it was impressive for all 3.
