I wish I could give this product 10 stars. I am a contractor but just recently needed to redo my bathroom. I am sooo pleased with the quality, design, and functionality of this shower head and want. Perfect pressure.

This shower is awesome! The water flow is unrestricted and feel great. I have some plumbing experience, and this system was easy to install. The main mixing valve come with marks that indicate how far into the wall it needs to go, and with simple measurements of the thickness of the tile, cement board, and mortar bed, it lined up easily to the perfect depth. The brass nipple for the hand sprayer didn’t have these depth marks, so I again did my own measureMents and was off by 1/2”. Can’t change that since it was already behind the tile. So I email the company, and Lucia was extremely helpful. I told her what I needed and sent in pics, and she had a new nipple made that was 1/2” longer. It worked perfectly. She gave me the new nipple free of charge and I paid the shipping. Excellent customer service. Excellent product

Love both the look and the functionality of this system -- it is a huge upgrade to my bathroom. Our only issue (as I believe others have had) is that we did need to have a valve attachment custom made by the company, as the one my contractor found at the hardware store that he thought would work led to dripping and a bad leak. That being said, the customer service is absolutely amazing and they respond by email very quickly. They were able to take my measurements and make/ship the custom part for our shower surprisingly fast, and at no added cost. While it was a significant bump in the road in terms of installing the shower system, for us it was worth the wait and I am very glad we stuck with this Tipok system.

Great quality. Low cost. Buyer beware of tarnish on the finishes after six months or so.

I really struggled with buying this shower system. I wanted a name brand like delta but I couldn’t find anything I liked. I love this system. It looks beautiful and works great.

I can't be more angry at the makers of this product and Amazon themselves. This product contains extremely high levels of lead and all of my family, including my two young kids are dealing with lead poisoning because of this product. It feels heavy which makes you think high quality and it looks beautiful, but it's made with lead. Please do not buy it. I wish so much I'd known about this kind of common problem before buying it.

This is a high quality shower unit. I’ve had this for 4 years and it still works great, and no leaks.

I bought 2 and had them professionally installed with all copper piping. Unbelievable value for the money. I got Grohe at first, to realize it was mostly plastic at more than twice the price, and returned it. At first I was apprehensive because Tipok was an unknown brand and it was in-the wall installation, but the result is fantastic. Very high-quality product in the works flawlessly. Most excellent showers. I recommend it highly.
