These are great for people who are lactose intolerant. You can mix up serving using lactose free milk..

This is a quick and easy way to get some essential vitamins and minerals without spending a lot of time doing it. At its simplest, pour a glass of milk then stir in a package of drink mix. It does make a sweet drink, so doesn't work real well in a vegetable smoothie, but it combines well with ice cream, or yogurt, and a banana. When you have a busy family to get out the door, it can be a real time saver. It is also great for coaxing picky eaters to have a little something. It should be noted that it does contain milk solids, and might not be suitable for people with milk sensitivities.
