Bellari EQ570 vs. Schiit Loki Mini
Switching from an entry level to a medium priced amp several years ago, I never got used to not having access to tone controls. If all of my music collection benefited from the 21st century production, perhaps I wouldn’t have the need for manually “distorting” and tinkering with the frequencies, but it doesn’t unfortunately. At the moment I am using Bellari EQ 570 (turntable) and Schiit Loki Mini (CD) and am enjoying them both immensely. In terms of performance they’re quite similar, Loki does run much hotter though. Also, bass frequencies are slightly more dramatic in Loki. Quite different in appearance, but that’s a matter of taste I guess. Bellari is shipped by Amazon straight from the US and it comes with a US-type plug, so needs a US to UK adapter (voltage works in both regions).If you opt for one of these beauties for your phono signal, you will need a separate phono stage. Here in the UK, EQ570 is quite a bit cheaper than Loki, and though Schiit already enjoys somewhat of a (well deserved) reputation for producing exceptional gear, I can’t fault this mighty little Bellari unit.

Excellent product
Built like a tank, easy to set up and use. Does what it supposed to do perfectly. Huge improvement to my old vinyl sound. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Noisy pot ,will need some switch cleaner.should not have passed quality control.
