There is a diffrence between mugwort(artemisia vulgaris) and wormwood (artemisia absinthium), so i want to know which one i am purchasing please?

Mugworts have been used medicinally and as culinary herbs.Basically ...it is the same herb.

The title says wormwood/mugwort but the description just says wormwood. Why is that?
