I have used the capsules of the same brand. The gummies DO NOT have the same ingredients. So, I take both switching days. I was DEFINITELY Biotin deficient! My hair is fine/think (genetic) & noticed my hair thinning at hairline. Well, after taking 1 month DAILY, I have hair sprouting & my nails have NEVER looked this great! They are growing fast, strong, healthy! HIGH RECOMMEND TAKING. I just wish the Collagen, Keratin, and Bamboo Extract (is Silica) was in the gummies! It may have something to do with how the gummies are produced. Also, side note for everyone with fine/thin hair....get Aveda volumizing shampoo (don't need conditioner-to save $). It WORKS AMAZING!! My hair feels twice as thick!

I donated my long hair this time last year. I started with the pills but it was kind of a pain to take these gummies are absolutely delicious I take four a day to start off and in a month I had so much more thickness at my roots, I'm a hairdresser and I've tried pretty much everything to thicken my hair after some hair loss and this has worked!!!
