There are no instructions on how to correctly insert/use the soft discs, having never used a cup/disc before is there a link or any advice?

That’s a very good point. I will include this in the booklet provided going forward. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Pinch disc in half and slowly slide into the vaginal canal pushing back and down toward the cervix as far as it will comfortably go (typically the length of your index finger). What box does it come in when delivered? i'd prefer it to be discreet. doesn't amazon usually deliver in an amazon box?

Thanks for your question. Yes, this product is discreet. Items are in a brown cardboard box with no branding apart from a little logo sticker, then it’s packaged in an Amazon box. Unless opened fully, you would never know the contents. As someone who has used a home insemination kit, I’m very aware this is a sensitive order is discreet as possible.

What brand of ovulation tests are included?

Do you put the disc in straight after the insemination or after the 45mins/1hour with your pelvis tilted?

I’d leave my pelvis tilted for about half hour then pop the disc in. Then stay in that position for another half hour. I don’t think there is a right or wrong way to do it. Hope that helps
