The switch fixed my problem with my engine
The switch is exactly what I ordered and arrived on time and was priced comparable to other places I looked

My motor would not shut off when turned the key back to the off position.
The wires were smaller diameter than the one that I had in my boat. A wiring diagram would have made it easier to use. I had to go from a 6 to a 5 wire and keep the old choke separate from the key 🔑 . It seems to be working fine now after about 50-60 starts of the motor. Time will tell! ,,, It lasted a little more than one season.I got the broken key out of the old ignition and it went back in. I'm not sure 100% what the problem was. I'll let you know if it happens again.
