After taking these for about a month, they are really helping with my thumb pain. My thumb would hurt when twisting open jars and even when I lifted my forearm upwards. Now, I hardly notice any pain unless I really stress the joint. Now, with that being said, I found these VERY difficult to swallow. After I choked on one (it lodged in my upper throat and refused to move), I have been grinding them up with a hammer and pouring a small bit onto my yogurt. Works great! Now if they were cheaper.
