When nothing else worked for me this did! I have been miserable for months(GLP1). I’ve tried increasing water and fiber, drinking freshly juiced fruits and veggies, tons of different laxatives and stimulants, suppositories, teas, prunes straight from the bag, warm prune juice with butter, mct oil, excessive amounts of magnesium and all I got was a TON of cramping and maybe just maybe my body would release a small nugget or 2. Ugh its so frustrating! This product however is helping to loosen things up and get them moving again(gurgling and gas, yay). It didn’t work quickly for me but thats ok as its working regardless. I inserted this product as directed. I then laid on my left side for 10-15 minutes and then into hot bath that I had dissolved a cup or 2 of epsom salts for about 20 minutes. Even though I had no urge to go, I did get rid of the oil before laying down in bed for the night. Throughout the night I did make a few successful trips to the bathroom as well as the following day. I wish I would’ve tried this sooner.

I take suboxone regularly and it makes me constipated just like opiates do. Slows everything down so much that it’s HELL going to the bathroom. This makes it nice and lubed up and is the easiest way to go when it gets that bad. The other kinds of enemas may cause you to need to go, but don’t provide that oily protection. Great price for 6 and delivered at home without having to see a cashier 😂.

If you've never use a mineral oil enema, you should know that being careful is the key. It can leave you and your bathroom very greasy if it slips out of your...hand, let's say. This does the trick that no saline enema can match.
