Love this product. I have used it for three years now and love the flexibility of six pills a day throughout the day rather then a. Heavy dose all at once, it allows my body to assimilate what it needs throughout the day. I like the capsules better then the tablets. Tablets tend to go down harder and leave an after taste.

The labeling "with Vitamin K" was misleading. I thought was a former purchase on Amazon. Product is okay if you're looking for a Multiple Vitamin with Vitamin K. I was looking for Vitamin K.
