Rechargeable batteries will not hold a charge for more than 2 seconds. Lights up says fully charged, unplug and it dies. I need replacement batteries or send it back. But it does run really nice when plugged in, but i bought it because it was rechargeable and take anywhere.UPDATEGreat company, they contacted me,sent me a replacement, and paperwork to send broken one back. Really friendly and easy to work with, I wish all company's responded as good as they did. They took care of the problem. I would recommend buying from them they stand by their products.

You can adjust the speed easily and works great outside

I just bought a second charger for this fan in one year-$30.00The fan works but the battery doesn’t keep any charge-It’s just a regular fan now ?I’m hoping a new charger will change that ?Maybe the battery is completely dead? I have only used the fan while camping maybe 5 times max.If anyone Al has any other suggestions- please send- I bought this for the long battery but that’s not the case.I looked for about 30 minutes for a place I could reach out to the manufacturer on Amazon but could it find anywhere-Anyway- last time a new power cord actually worked so I’m trying again.New cord didn’t help. This is just a regular fan now ?Is there anyone from the manufacturer monitoring these reviews?I need someone to respond with some options here. I purchased on Amazon Feb 2023 and only used the fan a handful of times while camping.I need a fan that works for this summer ?Also I’m sending back the new cord and they are charging me $7.00 to mail it back WTF ?

Five blades makes a huge difference. My first one was the 16". It is huge & a lot heavier than this 12". I wanted another to create cross ventilation. If you really need a really powerful fan do not waste your $ on anything else. I rarely feel this good about products. See my review on rechargeable spotlights, they don't work. THIS DOES. Again. I have the 16" and now this new 12". The 12" is sufficient for most spaces, even large ones like what I have. I love it. I can take it anywhere. Battery hasn't needed to be recharged since the day I purchased the other one. This one came today & is cranking out air in my home. The 16 " has been blasting out air on the hotest days we had last month. I've used it for around 17 or 18 hours and it has not slowed down. I do expect I will need to recharge it in a week or two. This thing works and Is built solid. About the noise. If you don't like the sound of blowing air, you won't like this. It's 5 blades cool the hotest places significantly. This is true of both the 12" & the large 16" but it does swirl the air around enough to make some noise. Get one that doesn't work if you hate the sound of moving air. Seriously recommend this one and the 12" for almost everything but large barns and even those would be cooled sufficiently with two 12" fans. They are a little heavy. You won't be wasting your $ on this and for me, it was quite an expense but now I am soooo much more comfortable when I am working up a sweat in a barn.

My husband loves this fan because the 2nd floor of our condo gets very hot. With that being said, I must say that this is third time he had to order this fan in 3 years because the battery keeps going bad.

Barely can hear the fan, speed adjustment knob seems to allow for infinite variable speed, it’s made sturdy but light weight. The blade seems rather thin but that’s probably why it’s so quiet, air move exceptionally well, may buy more for other rooms. Battery lasts all day too.

I actually bought this fan to use daily at work and two or three tent camping trips per year. I have used it three weeks. The fan runs the entire 10 hours. It's quite, easily adjusted, and pushes a lot of air. I love the display lights showing remaining charge! It was a bit pricey for what I wanted, but I have had experiences with cheaper brands with disappointing outcomes. I am impressed that I have been convinced so quickly that this fan was worth the price.

Cumple con mis espectativas y la pila carga rápido y tarda en descargarse

No duro ni un año y dejo de cargar, solo conectado funciona. Alguien sabe si hay alguna manera de que funcione o si se hace responsable la tienda? Es un producto que se espera más tiempo de vida útil y más en su batería que a final de cuenta muchos compramos específicamente para utilizarlo sin necesidad de energía eléctrica.

The media could not be loaded.  El equipo no duró ni el año la pila. Ahora tiene que estar conectado a la corriente para trabajar ya que la pila no carga solo esta parpadeando en rojo.⁰
