Not new, used, and faulty
This phone was at best "refurbished". If by "refurbished" one accepts a device with endless loops and apps not working. Someone's SIM card and data were still in the phone.Calling this "new" is not dishonest; it's blatant fraud.Shame on you Amazon; future confidence in your descriptions: 0

NOT UNLOCKED
VERY ANGRY THAT I WAS SENT A "OEM LOCKED" Phone that I cannot unlock. I went through hours of trying to figure it out only to finally get a screen that confirmed it was definitively and definitely OEM locked. Please stop wasting peoples time. The options showed it was specifically OEM locked and NOT UNLOCKED. Developer options show that the phone is specifically NOT UNLOCKED. I have two other phones of this type that I confirmed were unlocked. This device was in no way unlocked. Again it took hours to confirm that the device was OEM locked and the option to do so was greyed out.

Bluetooth issues
I liked the phone, I really did; but I had bluetooth connection issues with Android Auto, and Sena Helmet system. It would disconnect after several minutes, despite all the updating, safe mode, and app removal. had to return.

It's been a nightmare
I had a pixel and dropped it, so ordered this one because I was happy with my last phone.When I first got this phone, it seemed to work ok. About a month in it started giving me issues. Would not switch from Wifi to my Verizon data so I'd be out and couldn't even make a call. Took it to Verizon about 3 times and you know that involved many hours, and they never could figure out what what wrong as all my settings were correct. So they said to just do a factory reset, (it wouldn't let me do my back up so I lost almost 2mos of text messages, etc). Seemed to work ok again until about another month and started doing the same thing... I'm so frustrated with this thing you can't count on it to even work once you leave your home or Wifi... no gps, can't call... I'm now shopping for another phone as it's too late to return it. Too bad it didn't do this from the get go, I could have returned it, but now I have so much time, money and energy wasted I'll not buy another pixel. Wish I could give it a zero.

Probably the best value phone in the Pixel stable
Phone was delivered on time and looked great!Bought it for my 12 year old son and he is greatly enjoying it.Reason for 3 stars is we had to do a hard reboot to upgrade the OS to Android 12.The normal upgrade wouldn't run and the standard soft reboot was blocked asking to contact the Admin. That left us wondering if the phone was actually new or some refurb.Anyways, did a hard reboot and all worked fine.Overall, great product and would buy again.
