These tabs are amazing - kids love the taste and they take effect within several hours in our experience. These have saved a lot of grief over constipation.

Works well. The taste is good.

Taking these daily, as an adult, per my dr. It's a low enough dose there isn't an urgency to go to the bathroom, yet it is loosing up the constipation due to a medication I'm currently taking. I have a hard time with chewable medicines & I have a hard time swallowing chewable medicines whole. Dr advised, I could crush it up & put in a drink, yogurt, etc. I've been tearing it apart to smaller pieces & swallowing it with my regular daily medicine/vitamins.
