I bought these cards to learn yoga to help with tension, back pain, migraines and over all flexibility. All the moves are clearly explained and easy to follow for beginners. Also the deck is compact enough that you can take them anywhere which is great!

Wonderful gift for under $30 - Stack 52 are the best on the market. I have been using them for years to keep fit. Love the thought and attention to detail that was put into the product, the beautiful illustrations, packaging etc. Recommended!

En la descripción del producto no indica que el idioma de las cartas es en inglés y el código QR que debería dar acceso a los videos de las posturas, no es posible escanearlo. Lo intentamos con tres móviles y fue imposible. Teniendo en cuenta que era un regalo, fue pésimo.
