Where do I start?I ordered this item and when I received it I was super excited. But I was shocked when I realized the item was stocked completely wrong and the required parts are missing, with extra pieces that we DON’T need. I’m soo disappointed :(

we purchased this since we have an early crawler who is obsessed with crawling into our grumpy dog’s bed. & to relieve stress of him getting hurt in the room.PROSthere are so many versions of this product and only chose this one because it was on sale and came with a the foldable mat & pull-up rings. most of the other ones did not. when i was pricing foldable mats, they would range from $50-$100 so that was a steal. the mat is decently thick & easy to clean. the mesh is very solid, my son will push on it and it holds well.CONSthe pin is sturdy for a baby / toddler to stand up on and pull on but not for climbing. the long side of the pin wiggles and if an adult or toddler plowed into it, it would break. my only other issue with it is the manufacture making it seem like it’s portable. because IT IS, if you want to spend an hour taking it apart.other than that, you get what you pay for. the balls are very thin but it makes it easy for baby to pick up. i have a crawler ( 7 months ) so if you were debating it was too early to purchase, it’s not. my hope is the pin lasting until he’s a toddler to use as a fort base.

My baby can now explore and be on her own while I work which is nice. Before I had just blankets and pillows and she was hitting her head exploring :/ . With the playpen, she can have the freedom. I wish the mat was a little more cushiony cause she tends to roll back sometimes and learning how to stand. So I have to put some blankets just so she feels some more cushion. I may need to purchase another may just in case but looks like blankets will help too.

I love the size of this and the fact that the cute mat came with it. I’m happy that I purchased it but I feel that it should be a bit more sturdy for the price. It has metal bars which is great BUT the little plastic pieces that hold the bars together are not strong at all. I’ve only had this for about two months and two of those plastic pieces are already broken because my 4 year old fell against the side while in there playing with the baby so now it’s useless until I can *hopefully* order or find the replacements for a middle and a corner piece. I think for the price it should come with a couple of extras since they are weak and the whole thing becomes dangerous/useless until you get more.

Update: I was refunded through Amazon for the damaged Playpen and I did not need to return it (huge hassle wuth two kids under 3). I contacted the seller and they were able to give me the same coupon for $10 off (which I got the first time). The new pen came 2 days earlier then expected and is awesome!! The mat is very comfortable. My two boys love the balls that come with it. Easy to set up and seems very durable and safe. Overall, very happy with this pen!!I was so excited about this play yard. I was checking tracking all day to make sure I could put it together as soon as it arrived for my little guy. Unfortunately, when I unrolled the fabric part of the play yard, I noticed a flap covered in spot of what appears to be mold. I also found spots underneath the fabric. I obviously can not use this with my baby and have to go through the trouble of returning and getting a replacement. I am so upset.
