No more cold coffee
I always make my coffee first thing in the morning as I settle in for working from home. I would always notice my coffee getting cold by the time I'm getting through my emails. This was the perfect solution! No more cold coffee even when I get lunchtime but was so engulfed in my projects to drink all my coffee. It has three temperature settings and the lowest setting is perfect for me. There is a timer with the auto shut off but I rarely use it anymore. It works but I often have my mug sitting for hours. It's become a habit to turn off as I remove my mug but for others who may be forgetful the auto shut off works in a few different time setting. I also like the silicon cover as an added protection and as a reminder for me to make sure it's off. Perfect size for my desk and stays out of the way where I haven't knocked it over not once in the 7 months I've had this. Looks like it'll last a while. Also like the color options as the blue blends in my room just perfectly.

Pleasantly surprised
I’ve been looking at these for a while because I work at home and hate the fact that I have to use o tumbler to keep my coffee warm as I sip throughout the morning. Most of the reviews I’ve read for other warmers indicate that you need a flat bottom mug in order for it to be effective. I decided to try this with one of my favorite regular mugs before having to buy new ones. It worked like a charm! There are three settings (you tap the light to make a selection). I prefer the middle setting, because the highest one keeps it a little too hot for me, but I know some people would prefer it. I let my coffee sit for the amount of time it typically takes to get tepid and yucky. Each time I sipped, it was still nice and warm/hot. As it got closer to empty, I just turned down the heat setting so my last sips wouldn’t be too hot. I will probably use this daily!

Not just for coffee or tea but also for a cup of warm water in the winter too!
In the wintertime, I drink less water than the summertime. I've always thought it's because it is hotter in the summer so, your body demands more liquid. Although, this is true, I now found out that in the winter, even at room temperature, the cup of water is still cold for me to consume. When I warm up a cup of water, I seem to drink more. However, being in a wheelchair, making trips to the microwave to reheat a cup of water isn't always convenient. So, I tend to drink only when my body screams for water. When I was looking for a beverage warmer, I searched for one with a higher temperature than just 160F degrees. Because when I set this warmer at high temperature, it allowed me to add room temperature water to the half-full cup of warm water, put a lid on the cup (warm up faster with a lid on), and minutes later, the whole cup of water is warm again. Ah, and I use concave bottom cups, made of porcelain, that I already own. I'm sure a flat bottom cup would perform better but the ones I have work just fine as well. Another feature that I was looking for was the ability to keep beverage warm for more than 8 hours. This one can be set for up tp 12 hours, perfect for my situation. With a continuous availability of a cup of warm water all day long, I now drink more water during the cold months. I certainly recommend this beverage warmer.

Great coffee warmer
Got this to use at home on my WFH days while I use my other one (different brand) at the office. I do think that perhaps this does not get as hot as my other one. And, I'm not really sure that any mug warmer needs 3 settings. Quite frankly, I use the hottest setting at all times. The only time I use another setting is the "low" setting and only when I have less than one inch of beverage left in my cup so that it doesn't dry down to a hard dredge. Why am I complaining about 3 settings? Because I have to cycle through all of them when I first turn this on. It automatically starts at the lowest setting, which is never going to keep your drink warm unless you're in a 90-degree room.

Works under an iron teapot
I have a parrot so I'm no longer allowed to use candle heaters for my tea. I bought this as an alternative and have been pretty happy with it, it has three temperature settings and the lowest seems to due the job just fine. It's a nice, clean looking little item. No projecting buttons, just a power cable. The heating element definitely gets hot, and it's definitely something that could represent both a fire hazard and an electricity drain if you forget it's on. I've tested it with a teapot, teacup and mug. Ceramic, iron, enamel, everything seems to play well with it so far, I'd avoid plastic though.

Yes it DOES have an off switch!
Round black model - Addicted to coffee and a slow eater who is tired of eating cold food. I wanted a larger warmer to hold bowls and some wider cups that were just a hair too large of a circumference for my old warmer (which also made a disturbing cracking sound when it cooled down, so time to retire anyway). My opinion: Size - perfect for what I want. Not too huge on the desk but I can have a mug/bowl and it fits flatly. Temp - actually a wee strong for me. I have had this all of two days and am keeping it on the middle (purple) setting. Red seems super hot and blue didn't warm up much, so purple is my goldilocks. Off switch - I know everyone raves about the 4hr auto-off. That is not helpful to me. I am paranoid AF about setting crap on fire, so I will NOT leave things like this on after I'm done. I do want an off switch without having to unplug it. Initially was super frustrated because instructions say to just tap a 4th time to turn it off - those are wrong. Hold for 3 seconds and it will turn off. THANK GOODNESS someone replied to my question with that or I would've returned it. I really do need that on/off as a button. I do not care for gravity switches or auto-timers and they negate the purpose for me. As previously mentioned, I've only been using it two days, so hopefully it holds up. So far, so good. And hey, no creepy cracking wtf-was-that sound when it cools down. Bonus!

Works like a charm!
So far so good…just used it once after receiving it yesterday. It heated up rapidly and kept my tea drinkably hot on the highest setting for a couple of hours last night. The switch works well…almost too well. It only requires a very light touch to alternate between the temperature settings. More finger pressure was needed to turn the warmer switch to its off position (2 seconds minimum). Didn’t realize before purchasing that an electrical extension cord should not be used. This limits the number of locations in my house where the warmer can be used. Apparently it should not be used outdoors as well. I fully intended to use it at my outdoor breakfast table (live in Hawaii) and plugged into an outlet behind my table chair. I may try it anyway since it is a dry and clean location….no different than being indoors. I can’t vouch for the auto shut-off feature but hope that works as well. For now, I am happy with my purchase and can recommend it to others.

Insufficient heating area
Pros: 1. It gets hot enough to keep your mug warm 2. It's priced well. Cons: 1. The heating area is the inner circle which is not large enough for most mugs. I have mugs ranging from 12 - 30 oz, and only the smallest ones have a base size small enough to be heated. All the larger ones (16oz and above) have a ring on the bottom that's outside of the heating circle on this warmer, and thus barely get warm at all, even though this device gets extremely hot. So it doesn't effectively work in the end, in most cases. I had to return it. If the heating area were larger, then it would be 5 stars.

I didn't find any description about it voltage, so I assumed it 220/110v but it only 110v and I can't use it now
