Essential Oil Diffuser, AromaAllure Waterless Portable Mini Oil Diffuser for Car, Office and Closet

I made sure I read all the product reviews before purchasing this fan based difusser. so there was no surprises or confusion with the product's fan output. I realized it was small, did not blow a ton of scent into the air. This mini diffuser is exactly what I wanted. I wanted subtle! I only DoTERRA essential oils in it. DoTerra essential oils are very strong and rich in scent. Five drops of a DoTerra Blend I mixed myself an everyone loves the smell., I just added the drops to the difusser pad. The guest bathroom is very small and it works perfect in it.. I cut it on a few minutes before guest arrive and the bathroom smells wonderful. So far no one can hear the fan so they don't even know it is on. Other essential oils seem to be weak and lack the depth of scent I was looking for. Once I settled on DoTerra essential oils, The Essential Oil Disfusser Aroma Allure Waterless Oil diffuser was the way to go. I have large electric water based misted difussers for bedrooms, living room, dinning room and kitchen but this one is just okay for the guest bathroom.

This is a surprisingly small simple device. It might as well be completely silent- I have to hold it about an inch from my ear before I can hear the fan while the wooden top is on, and even then it's whisper quiet. I have it running on batteries (2 AAA) but it includes a small usb cord to run it on ac power. The cord is a scant meter long, which isn't long enough for normal household use (who has a 2ft tall table immediately over top of an electrical outlet?)... But I like this one enough that I'm probably going to buy a second one for my car. I wanted something to replace my cheap hometronics water-based diffuser in my bedroom because I couldn't stand the watery moldy film that developed on the inside parts that were impossible to clean --and this is a nice substitute. It doesnt produce a big bold scent but it is a pleasant accent to my space. Worthwhile purchase. I will buy another one, and I would recommend it to anyone as long as they aren't trying to perfume a large room.

I got this diffuser for work and have it plugged in via USB on my desk. I have never owned a diffuser so I wanted something cheaper and smaller so that if I ended up hating it, I didn't lose out on a ton of money. I just plugged this in for the first time and so far, so good! It's small - I was actually surprised when it came in the mail because it's smaller than a pop can. It's also pretty simple - power button, oil pad, and fan. That's about it. I'm trying it out with an oil blend and I can smell it but it's not overpowering, which I was worried about being as though I'm in an office with other people nearby. I don't want to have my smell preferences bothering other people. I'm curious to know how it emits a stronger smelling blend, which I will try in a few days. I also read on reviews that the fan is quiet, and that's definitely accurate. I had to hold it to my ear to hear if it was on, and at any rate, the small desk fan I have is WAY louder than this little diffuser. I did what some other reviews suggested and also bought the set of replacement pads since this only comes with three. I like the fact that this can be battery operated too, and that plus it's size and simplicity makes it perfect for being on the go. I would recommend this product.

I really wanted to keep this. The unit is super cute and pleasant to use. BUT two issues 1) The air was so weak it had zero effect. You can stick your nose in the hole and smell just slight and very faint scent, definitely not enough to add scent to any room. I had it in a tiny enclosed toilet and it did absolutely nothing. 2) Timer on the unit lasts for very short time. I guess if it actually was powerful enough to create air and scent the short timer is less of an issue. I'm returning this one. I wish I saw reviews like mine before buying.

This non-water based diffuser seems to work pretty well, but works much better in smaller bedrooms than large living rooms or master bedrooms. It's just not that big, but does kinda work in a small room. I haven't replaced any pads but will definitely go with a cheaper vendor than the manufacturer and cut them down to size if I have to. No way I am paying AromaAllure the asking price for their pricey pads. I like that it's small and unobtrusive. It's also very quiet. Batteries run down VERY quick. Fan uses fair amount of power I guess. Maybe they should have made it 3 x AAA instead of 2 X AAA batteries, because I have to change them all the time. I would just run it off the USB cord most of the time if you could actually get the automatic shutoff that way, but automatic shutoff only occurs when you run off batteries. I've had many other USB-powered devices with thoughtful buttons that let you turn it on for varied time limits, so why can't this thing let me turn it on for an hour when on USB power??

This is a sweet little diffuser - I have an active water-based diffuser at home, but was looking for something to keep by me at work without disturbing the whole office. This is good for exactly that. Two drops of oil in this diffuser is enough for about a 4ft radius. I keep mine in front of my monitor and it works perfectly. I wouldn't expect much more than "personal" use from it, as it really is very petite and simple. It's about the size of a soda can and is very quiet. Easy to put together and use. Mine is operating on the battery feature right now, but I also enjoy having the option of the cord if I wanted it. Not sure what the battery life is going to be like, but as it's just a little fan running I can't imagine it would go through them quickly. I like the auto-shut off feature on his device, but do wish it were an hour timer instead of 30 mins. Still, that's a pretty small complaint, all things considered. :) I like this diffuser a lot and will be ordering a second one as a gift.

Excellent small diffuser! Doesn't make any noise at all, no water needed. It's perfect for the closet, keeps my clothes smelling fresh.

Good design, small, unnoticeable, real wood lid. Comes with 4 felt discs to add aromatherapy oils to (using a different disc for each scent). Comes with a cable about a metre long with an angled head-phone style plug at one end (to insert in the diffuser) and a standard USB plug at the other to plug into a screen/laptop USB socket or into an adaptor in the car. The whole diffuser would fit into a cupholder in the car although the plug connector obviously sticks out sideways and would need to be accommodated. However you can also use AAA batteries to power it, in which case it turns off after 30 minutes. Good instructions and pretty box.

I bought 4 of these altogether, as after the first one I thought they were brilliant. 2 were gifts the other 2 for me. Sadly the gifted ones didn't work almost immediately, one of mine stopped a little over a year and a short time after that the 4th ones wooden lid warped badly and split the plastic and thus rendered it useless. They are a little expensive for something that at worse, doesn't work at all, at best you will be lucky to get a year out of! I so loved the premise and the size, and when they worked they worked a treat!

It’s super cute and tiny so I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. Haven’t had it long so can’t say about durability but works so far. Can be used with batteries (AAA not included) or plugged in. Automatic power saver shut off on battery power after 30 minutes but that’s plenty of time to fill a small office/ bedroom with aroma. Also comes with 2 extra pads if you want to switch up the oil/ smell.

Perfect to bring outside for a spa :)
