What I love about this is I can mix up just a tiny amount and have instant fresh baked cookies - just a few, without having to bake (and then be FORCED to eat the entire batch). I just guess at the ingredient amounts when I make one or two cookies. Just add a bit of fat and water and it works. You can see the consistency as you make it so you can then add more liquid or powder if needed. I find I can also get a different texture based on how much oil, or even butter, I add in. If I had butterscotch chips on hand I would throw those in, too. Basically, the possibilities are endless and you get a quick, tasty, satisfying cookie or two any time IN MINUTES! If you are like me and need some occasional fast, delicious, fresh baked cookies, but don't want to HAVE TO eat the whole bunch then this is perfect for making just about one to three at a time. Voila! Yum arrives in minutes!

Great quality brand that brings awesome taste with the easiest directions ever..!! Makes a fun gift giving option paired with cookie sheet, spatula or serving tray. Simply let this be a house spoiler when a sweet treat is needed.. So ideal for apartments with minimal supplies.. as this only needs x2 ingredients for a fabulous treat! Instructions are straight forward. Add mix into a bowl with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon water and that's it!!! Mix well and place x12 balls atop cookie sheet @ 350° for x10min. One can use fork to press the infamous criss/cross imprint into the dough for a fancy result. Option to split into smaller size ball and make 18-20 cookies of a tad smaller size. Such value for the price point.. i love to keep a few pks. on hand. Hands down the best "easy-cheat" peanut butter cookie I found for flavor and quality. Try it.. you'll see what I mean! Hack: one can easily get creative and add a dash of coarse sea salt on top prior to baking.. a few mini choc. chips are fab. to sprinkle on each cookie x4 min. prior to complete. Can't beat them for a quick cookie. Sweeter and less buttery rich than our homemade cookies, but speedy, and you can still stick a Hershey's kiss on top. Might mess with the recipe if we do them again, add a little peanut butter and a pinch of salt. But enjoyable, we will still fight over who gets the last one.

I have used Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix instead of making the dough from scratch for my Peanut Blossom Cookies for many years. It's easier, less expensive, less messy, etc. I make the dough as directed on the pouch & then roll the dough balls in sugar & bake for the scratch recipe time, take out of the oven, put a Kiss on each cookie & bake another 3 minutes to soften the chocolate. Perfect Cookies every time. Even my picky eaters like them. I usually get the bigger pouches, but my full size oven needs repair, so I am using a smaller countertop Emeril Legasse Dual Zone 360 25 Qt Air Fryer Oven & NordicWare quarter sheet pans for my baking needs while I save up for the repairs. I remembered seeing the smaller pouches of the mix at my local store in the past & was glad to find them on Amazon. I have several quarter sheet pans, so I can easily mix up a small batch of cookies with the smaller pouch of cookie dough. I haven't made them yet so I don't know how many cookies I will get out of the small pouch, but I should get double the expected as I use a 1" scoop instead of the 2" scoop. I don't expect any issues with the Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix pouches as I have used them many times. I always recommend trying Betty Crocker products as they are a well established company with consistent quality products.

Kind of obsessed with these super yummy cookies. I am thankful you can’t find oatmeal chocolate chip cookies already baked at every (or any really) store because I’d easily be 50 pounds heavier. I appreciate that I have to do a little bit of work for these sweet treats but they really are so very easy to make.

This is the perfect sized pouch for a family of 2. Package makes 12 cookies. You only use oil and water to add to the mix. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

Those are dinosaurs. Anyway, was really looking for a non-expanding recipe. Now I have quite a few boxes of something that doesn’t fit the bill. One other issue is that I bought in this 9 pack set. I was hoping for a 6month expiry. Instead of just under 3. Kids’ friends are about to come into an army of mishappen dinosaurs I guess. Otherwise it passed the taste test.
