I have been enjoying the benefits of dry brushing for a few years now. I live in Michigan where the water is high in mineral content, making it “hard” for showering which leaves skin very dry. Dry brushing relieved my dry skin symptoms even in the dead of winter, and I get complements about having very soft skin. It also reduced the breakouts I was getting on my body. So my experience w/ dry brushing has been very positive thus far.I bought Living Libations sensitive body brush for the breast/neck area, and the stiffer body brush containing copper bristles. At this time I also purchased a bottle of Verve & Tonic. I had never combined essential oils with dry brushing, and after my first experience I was hooked!In combination with a dry brush, this essential oil blend is deeply soothing and gently stimulating to muscles and the lymphatic system. The blend is minty overall, with a lot of cypress and other pleasant blue-green smells.I feel soothed, calm, relaxed, and prepared for a bath or shower after using. It absolutely relieves pain as it it’s gently stimulating the fascia muscles and the lymph. It feels SO good in the morning if I am feeling stiff achey or inflamed. 11/10 would recommend.

I was guided to this product by a client who has used it for years as a preventative regimen for keeping the lymphatic system of the body strong and ready to take on any and all invaders - germs, viruses, bacteria, etc. I find it very helpful and can tell a difference when I use it. I usually apply a few drops in a "T" shape along my clavicle and down my sternum where much of the lymphatic system is located. Seems to clear and clean my chest congestion, sinuses, allergies, etc. Not a cure all, but certainly a potent add on to your health regimen.

Very strong invigorating sent. The Rosemary very overpowering. If you suffering headaches or migrants the sent can trigger it :(

I purchased the Lymph Tonic to use for my daily dry brushing. I'm not even sure dry brushing truly does anything for me, but adding 1-2 drops of this tonic has really increased my overall enjoyment of dry brushing. It smells so good- refreshing, invigorating, and makes me feel like the time spent dry brushing is now worth it- even just for the smell! Yes, it's a little pricey but the bottle will definitely last a long time since you only need 1-2 drops per day. I'm excited to continue using this. I would definitely recommend!I was asked to write this review in return for a complimentary beauty pack. Truthfully, their gracious offer helped get my butt to the computer to write this review but I would still give this product 5 stars otherwise.

Not sure how I stumbled upon this stuff, but in a word it's AMAZING. Love the smell. I've been trying to dry skin brush for nearly 20 years and have never been consistent. I received this stuff about a month ago and haven't missed a day since. I notice a difference in my skin and the smell is a fabulous day to start the day. Seriously, you need to try it.
