Very good PoE switch
Seems like a solid switch. I am using the PoE for a Access Point and it has been working great. Nice switch for the money, and a good performing product overall.

Great PoE switch at an even better price, fantastic choice for PoE IP cameras
I have purchased many of these switches to run various PoE IP camera systems, and they have worked like a dream every time. The PoE supply is good - easily supports 8 PoE IP cameras with a small energy footprint. The two gigabit uplink ports make it really easy to connect this switch to multiple devices and networks. Works really well with my Synology NAS system. Very good price for what you get and the durability of the switch. It's a "dumb" switch - there is no interface or operating system - just plug and play. All the PoE ports are providing PoE all the time, there's no switch off for that. Highly recommend to anyone needing a quick 8 port PoE switch - especially for operating IP cameras!

Slow and noisy
it works, 100mbs is kinda slow so better to look for 1g ports also kinda noisy (if you are using poe)

No mounting hardware included, good value. Edited to reflect dead port issues
So I got this to increase the number of ports in my network and to add a SV3C security camera with POE. The transformer is built in to the switch, so there's just a AC power cord which is extremely short so placing the switch near the outlet will save you from a headache later. Also, no mounting hardware. There 2 recessed areas on the bottom for slipping over a screw head but that wasn't what I wanted. I noticed that on each side, near the front there is a set of 2 holes that seemed to take a 1/8" machine bolt. I ordered the "Mokerlink Rack mount kit for 17.3" Wide switches" and it fit lime a charm, though it's not specifically for this switch. I lined up the two holes on the side with the "X" slot pattern on the bracket, I used a single toggle bolt for each bracket, but screwing into a stud with a couple drywall screws or using a drywall anchor were other options. As for the switch, it is unmanaged, which I prefer. It's has a small switch labeled "AI" on the back. This restarts the connection at times and will interfere with security camera being switched off.. not good. I had to turn this feature off and have not had a problem since. It also detects if the device using the network port requires PoE and turns that on and off automatically. This may be common but it was a concern I had. I would buy thus again and recommend it for situations like mine. Update 6/10/25. At least one port is dead, I tried about a dozen things before coming to this conclusion. I have no idea on how often this happoens to switches, But I'n not going to recommend this switch and have downgraded it.
