Versatile and so helpful in keeping your pup safe and happy
We bought this set just after we brought our cavapoo puppy home for the first time. We have used one set to help keep our pup safe (and our stuff safe from puppy teeth and pee) in two places in our home: at the door of our primary bedroom and in a playspace we set off for him in another part of our home. The height is perfect for a dog that weighs 20 pounds or less. It is sturdy, easy to move, easy to assemble and extremely versatile. The gate works extremely well - a big selling point. No way your dog will be able to slip the latch.

Works inside, on hardwood floors, if you prepare the poles
Very nice play pen to keep puppies close by for house training. I'd give it 5 stars except we found a problem with the poles used to keep panels together. We have all hardwood floors and those poles can scratch and damage hardwood floors in the condition that they arrived. The panels are made of steel (powder coated) and have plastic ends on the bottom to prevent scratching wood floors so no problem here. But the metal tube poles that keep the panels together are longer than the panels so they hit the floor on their open end. Those open ends (steel cut) can scratch and damage wood floors. I found a cheap and easy fix to prevent floor damage from these poles at a local hardware store.I got some plastic wall anchor inserts that cost about 4 cents each (see photo). These are normally used where you drill a hole in a wall to attach screws for hanging pictures, etc.? I think these are a size #8? Anyway, if you have wood floors just take one pole to a hardware store and find the right size. The plastic anchors should fit tight & snug so that once you push them in the tube end they won't fall out. Look at the other photo of one installed on the pole end.Buy one plastic insert for each pole of your set and once placed on the open end of the pole you can relax. We've been using our pen for a month with zero damage to our expensive wood floors.

Works as-needed, a light barrier for dog.
Delivered fine, all parts working fine. A little pricey for the quality but much cheaper than real fencing. I use it on an asphalt surface - since I can’t sink the little pokers into asphalt I just add angles to the fence to keep it sitting upright. This fencing it not appropriate for a dog that would push on it or jump up and down against it. Since it it wiry my dog doesn’t like to touch it, which is perfect. These 8 panels were purchased to add to 30 panels I already have. 8 is not enough for a decent enclosure.

Great solution!
These are lightweight and work perfectly for our 3 dogs! Easy to put together and won’t add a ton of weight to our motor home when being stored! We quickly popped them up in our yard (pictured) to try it out before hitting our first campground.I’d definitely buy them again!

Good playpen with great door—happy purchase!
The media could not be loaded. This playpen has a great design. The hollow frame is more sturdy than some systems. It has a GREAT door design that you can operate with one hand, and the door gently swings closed automatically. It is much preferred to my other playpen system. It was easy to set up by one person. You can use any number of panels you wish, since each panel is individual. They connect by the rod you thread through the channels on the side of each panel frame.I am using this playpen for my dachshund puppy as an outside potty yard that I set up under the carport roof, by adding a full ground cover of fake grass (not included). It works great for that purpose and protects my yet-to-be-fully-vaccinated puppy from dirt and other animal leavings. However, I think this would also work well indoors. If I had purchased this first I would be using this design indoors instead of the other playpen system I have. There are a couple of minor issues, but they do not affect the usage. The hollow frame arrived with one small dent in the frame of the doorway. It's cosmetic, not a problem. Also, the rods have a ball on top that is helpful for your palm if you are pushing the rods down slightly to seat into the ground outdoors. However, those balls are hollow and cannot be hammered (even with a mallet) or they crumple. But, it is held upright by the shape you set it up in, and certainly so indoors where you wouldn't be seating the rods into the ground, so that is not an issue either. I think this would be great for a small to medium dog.I am very happy with this purchase!
