The printer arrived faster than scheduled and it is just as you see it in the sales publication, the installation was very fast and without complications and in the same installation pen drive you will find different videos that will show you everything you need to know about this printer For me it was a good purchase.

The price is right. Does the same thing the $200 printers do.

i didn't receive a manual,so I had to guess how to figure it out,the listing said EZ but it was HELL!!I tried to hook it up on my Chromebook but that could not find the software/drivers or even the NAME of item. SO...I tried my CELL /android same stuff...nothing found. last I tried to set it up on a desktop and all the same things are happened I love Amazon but I feel like I was scammed by this maker,I really needed this printer,I saved up to get it only to be left with nothing.and feeling ripped off. I should have gotten the rollo printer and saved me many hours of trying to hook this up. Sad in New Orleans

I love the ease of installation. It’s quiet, prints so fast and excellent quality. Makes my life and shipping a lot easier.Great value and excellent product.

It took me around 10 attempts to figure out how to print the full label on the sticker, not a part of it. Now I print my shipping labels directly from Pirateship and by making a screenshot and then opening it in Gimp from Etsy. Although I chose 4x6 label settings on both sites. I have an old Mac desktop, all is fine so far.

This printer was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. It was easy to install and prints with ease. I used to own another brand (more expensive) and this works just as well. I would recommend this label printer!!

The overall size of this printer is huge. Print quality is alright I guess. In my opinion I think it should of came with a program to use it. But if your tech savvy you can manage. It does come with a sleeve of labels.

Pretty easy to setup, prints good quality label. Hopefully it will also be a durable printer

No la pude usar ya que las herramientas de instalación no son compatibles en la actualidad, viene un CD que ya la mayoría de CP no cuentan con esa entrada. Tampoco está disponible en la web para instalarse

It could have been my computer or me but unfortunately it did not workout for me in the end. But I'm sure it would have been a great shipping label machine.

I've been trying all morning to get this label printer up and running and am having no luck. The thumb drive that came with it doesn't work and my computer doesn't recognize the printer at all! I've been searching the internet for the company that makes it (Tapsin) and I can't find anything!!!! Will probably be sending this piece of garbage back!!!!!

I bought this thermal printer for $99 and I got a great printer. I run windows 10 and used the CD ROM to install it. 2 clicks and done. The USB-pen drive had install stuff on it but didn't work so go with the CD ROM if you're running Windows.Prints lighting fast.I also bought 2 rolls of thermal 4x6 labels and they fit on the roller and worked great too. It comes with 100 free labels but I bought a 500 pack of 2 rolls and was very happy how it functions.

To install this produce I had trouble using the USB that came the produce but once I used the CD to install the printer it was quick and easy. No issues after installing but if you do not have a DVD drive like most laptop now a days don't have its a little bit complicated. I've tried other printers that are a little bit more expensive and this one worked really well. Vivid print and just be sure your settings to print are correct.
