What type of plug is it? nema 6-20? also, is the unit shipped with gate lift service included?

The plug attached to the unit is a standard plug used for 110 in the US. Then you plug this plug into a supplied adapter which is used for 220V. Looking directly at the plug on the adapter, you will see that above the ground pin, the right hand spade is vertical while the left hand spade is horizontal. Yes... NEMA 6-20. The unit comes in two boxes. A wooden box contains the motor down to but not including the collector can as well as the vertical supports. A cardboard box has the rest. Not really any need for liftgate service. Split in this way, I did not find it heavy at all.
