The cover of the pillow was from HM I got for $5 online. I thought I got a deal for a throw pillow but when the product arrived I then found out it was just a pillow COVER haha. I didn’t read the description on the site well. So I had to purchase this pillow for it. Well the pillow works great! Feels comfortable and fully. I’m using it for my chair or just basic room deco. But I find it fluffy and nice!! The size and measurement for my pillow cover is 16x16 so this is what the actual pillow will look like in a cover/casing that’s 16x16. When it first arrived it was vacuum sealed into a sealed package which was inside a box. So all I had to do was break the seal, take it out the package and stuff it in the pillow. It was very flat at first but the instructions said to wait for it to naturally puff up. So I just left it for hours and yup, it was all puffed up within a couple hours. There was also other instructions/notes incase it doesn’t puff up by itself. So you don’t have to worry about the fluffyness. Durability wise, I’d have to wait and see how durable it is after some use, if I don’t make an updated review I guess that’s how you know it’s still holding up well! Haha I’d say it’s worth the money! It’s affordable and great for using it for empty covers. Just make sure your sizing it right for your casing/covers.

Not quite as firm as a previously purchased brand that was s bit more expensive and not immediately available.

This pillow arrived compressed in a vacuum-sealed package, inside a box - very protected. When I cut open the sealed package, the pillow immediately pouffed up to it's plump 18" x 18" size! I can't attest to its comfort for sleeping - it's a throw pillow, not a bed pillow, and it completely filled my decorative cover. For me, it's for decor only, and it's perfect.

I was specifically searching for a 12x20 extra firm pillow for a family member. From the description and pictures, this seemed it would be acceptable. It arrived vacuum sealed and while it expanded quickly, I could tell right away this wasn't going to be firm enough for their needs. It appeared fluffy and plump, until you put any pressure on it and it flattened out. If I wanted a fluffy, decorative pillow that no one ever put their head on, it would have been fine, but as it was I returned it. Getting it squished down and back into the box was a challenge, but it wasn't impossible. If it had been as firm as I was looking for there is no way it would have gone back into the box.

This insert is great. However, even better, was the seller's advice on how to choose the best size for a pillow covering. I had an 18 x 18 pillow case and thought I needed to get the same size pillow insert. But, I read the entire listing and saw this excellent advice! So I ordered the 20 x 20 and it really plumps up the cover!!! One size up from the pillow case is the way to go! Many thanks!!!!!!!

Got a few of these pillows for lumbar support - they are too thin and flimsy and not worth the price.

My wife is really pleased with this pillow insert. It arrives flat and she just followed the instructions to fluff it up by just fluffing with hands a little bit at first and then laying it in the sunshine from the window and it is now perfectly plump. Would buy again.

nice and firm

I bought these pillows in summer of 2021 and I still love them. Still soft and comfortable. I start off on my back and part way through the night turn on my side and then again on my back. I am going to order another pack of 2. The only thing is the pillows do not go in the pillow cases very easily.

The size of these is good but I definitely would not label them as 'premium' and they're also not plump enough. They are very flat and would definitely benefit from more filling. Once in the cushion covers they're too flat. Wouldn't recommend.
